The view from the house is indescribable, you just want to enjoy the view of the Chora, the sea, the church all day. Great location on the mountainside, behind the house the hiking world begins. In the house there is everything you need, from the good bed you can look at the sea and in the morning at sunrise you go to the roof and marvel. There are neighbors, but no one bothered me. All in all, a wonderful place with a friendly, attentive host. What more could you ask for?

Absolutely perfect, I would say the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Daniele was very friendly, helpful, always responsive, and very generous. The house is beautiful, the terrace has a breathtaking view of the sunset, there is absolutely everything you need. The little extra touches from Daniele make everything really enjoyable. We were traveling as a couple with a small two-year-old child and although Santorini is not the most suitable destination for small children, Dabiele's house turned out to be perfect. Cot and high chair available, among other things. Highly recommended!!!

The place was beautiful with amazing views. The reception was very responsive and helped with our luggage and helped arrange transportation. I would highly recommend staying here.

This is a fabulous Airbnb! Even bigger and better than the photos, the home is beautiful and unique and the views are stunning. We loved spending hours by the pool, with so many great seating options. Anna was so hospitable and lovely. Would be thrilled to stay again.

This place was great!!! Walking distance (10 or less minute walks) to a bakery, 2 super markets, a couple restaurants (recommend Thalasea), and amazing beaches!! The cutest place with a beautiful outdoor area for eating and drinking coffee!

I cannot say enough good things about Zak and his team. The guys carried out luggage to our place from the shuttle and made sure we knew everything about the rental, with a full tour, before leaving. The place we rented was exactly what was in the description. The location was amazing! Zak was amazing!! From the shuttle bookings, restaurant recommendations, booking our catamaran sunset cruise( which was incredible with Santorini yacht Club), personally coming to meet us for a coffee and the “treats” left in the room, our experience couldn’t have been better. We would highly recommend this place!!

This property’s location is absolutely exceptional—we witnessed the most breathtaking sunsets every evening right from our doorstep. It’s also steps away from iconic photo spots, making exploration effortless. Inside, the room’s blackout features ensured our child slept soundly (a huge plus for parents!). Though compact, the space is intelligently designed with a well-thought-out layout and fully equipped with everything we needed. Waking up to the view outside our door never ceased to amaze us! The only minor drawback was transporting luggage from the parking area to the house, as the path requires assistance, future guests should plan for this. Highly recommended for sunset chasers, families, and anyone seeking a well-curated stay in a dreamlike setting!

Marousa and family were so welcoming and hospitable! Very friendly and helpful the whole time. They have breakfast and snacks available which was awesome in the morning. We were even pick up and dropped off at the port when arriving/departing making things super easy. We were able to leave luggage at the Airbnb until we departed as well. 10/10 would stay here again. Sea and Sun 1 is a beautiful house near Milotopos. We had a party of 3 staying as well as working during our visit and the house was the perfect size for us to separate out when we needed privacy. The wifi worked well in most areas of the house and Maria even supplied us with a backup, if needed. The views and sunsets are unbeatable but you do need to have a car/ATV to get up the unpaved road (as mentioned in the listing). One thing to note: the bathroom in the master bedroom is quite small but the main bathroom makes up for it. Maria was very responsive and helpful with recommendations around the island. We would stay here again for future visits to Ios.

Perfect place to stay in IOS!

Had a great stay at Paradise, really close to the beach which has a regular bus into the town. Room was clean and lots of space for all of us.

Hugh’s place was my favorite in all of Greece. The personal pool overlooking the beach was my favorite part of this place. My wife and I booked for our honeymoon and had the best experience. Hugh is an amazing host and was so helpful with everything to know about IOS and to make it a great trip. Thank you again!

Very nice, hospitable host

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Gail's villa in Ios! The property is beautifully designed, tastefully decorated with Gail's own stunning artwork, and fully equipped with everything you need. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, making it the perfect place to relax and disconnect. The views from both the balcony and pool are simply breathtaking, offering a peaceful and scenic escape. What truly sets this place apart is the host, Gail. She is exceptionally warm, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to ensure an unforgettable stay. We can't recommend this villa highly enough!

This charming traditional house is a little gem. The decor is simple but there is everything you need and the atmosphere is very special. We immediately felt at home! The terrace overlooking the harbor is wonderful any time of day, the golden sandy beach is below the house and around the corner there is a fantastic cove for snorkeling with flat rocks and a ladder for easy access. Here everything is within walking distance: a small supermarket, a beach bar with great cold espresso coffee and a couple of taverns. To reach the Chora and admire the sunset there is a very convenient bus service. We recommend the boat ride with 'Nemo' that starts from the pier in front of the house and the Soulatzo bar in Chora for unforgettable aperitifs. Eva was very kind and always available.

Firstly many thanks to Vicky (Biku in Greek alphabet) for her fast responses and clear information. Also her friend Roula was just so kind and helpful and went well beyond any notion of "service". The property was as described with wonderful views over the beach, port and Santorini beyond. It was very well equipped (there is no television which I did not miss). Spotlessly clean and very quiet and relaxing.

Very nice place, secluded with great views. The decor is simple and high quality. We enjoyed the welcome from Gail who is very thoughtful, responsive and friendly. Access to the house is via a dirt and pebble road but it remains passable even without a 4x4! Thank you for these few days in this beautiful place!

These two felt like I was back home, with the help they provided me throughout my stay in ios! The room was nicely sized and very clean throughout the whole trip, location was spectacular. Will 100% be coming back to ios and staying with them again.

great location. walkable to anywhere you need to go, plus bus stop only a 10 minute walk as well so the rest of the island is quite accessible without a car. good aircon, we were very cool and comfortable.

Rania and her husband are incredible hosts! This is our second time coming to her place just because she is such a gracious and caring host! Needless to say the sights of the best beach on the whole island take the cake, and it's minutes walk down to enjoy it! Receiving fresh figs, watermelon cake and little delights on a daily basis is what makes Rania Rania, and what makes staying at her place the best option on the whole island. We strongly recommend coming to visit this place as we most certainly will the next time we are back in Ios! Love you Rania!
