Absolutely charming place! We were greeted by Niamh and she left us a generous welcome pack. The Black Cottage was perfect for our family holiday, four days in Connemara and there was plenty of room for the five of us. We will definitely be back. Beautiful place altogether! Niamh warmly welcomed us and left a wonderful welcome package for us. She was very friendly, helpful and flexible. The Black Cottage was perfect for our four day, family holiday in Conwy and there was plenty of space for our family of five adults. The house was clean and modern. We would definitely recommend it and hope to be back in the near future.

What a fabulous home from home. We have 3 children 7, 5,3 years old. Great space for them and for the adults. The house has a Fantastic layout. Kitchen utensils are all thought of. We were left wanting for nothing. There’s some toys to keep the littlest one entertained and books for the older children. Beds are lovely and comfy, loads of towels of needed, shower gel and soap also supplied. WiFi is spot on which is brilliant as phone reception in the area didn’t seem too good. Netflix worked no problem on TV. Honestly we were blown away with the house. Definitely recommending to friends and family and hopefully we’ll be back sometime ourselves.

The accommodation is splendid and spotless, the location is strategic, and the host's little touches make you never feel like a stranger. If we were to return to the beautiful Connemara, we'd know exactly where to stay. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We felt very good with our two toddlers in the chalet. It was very quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature. It is close to the beach and around the chalet it is safe for the children to move freely. We also thought it was great that everyday things such as oils, spices, tea, coffee etc. were already available upon our arrival. Thank you very much, we will be happy to come back.
