House vacation rentals in Intracoastal Waterway

First off. She is one of the sweetest host you will talk to. She offered early check in. The House looked just like photos and more. Loved that she had gates on deck for safety with little kids. The pool was great and loved the short walk to the beach. Very peaceful neighborhood. She had tons of beach chairs and pool floats. We will be back. This was one of our favorite places

My family and I had a wonderful time while staying at this house on vacation! The house is beautiful, well taken care of, and makes you feel right at home. Elizabeth is so kind and thoughtful. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. I could not recommend this house more!! The views off the back deck overlooking the marsh are stunning. Our family loved the heated pool, and the driveway was big enough to fit all our vehicles plus our fishing boat! Elizabeth has thought of everything with this house. We would stay here over and over again!

Beautiful space, nice and cool in the hot temps. Easy to get around and tons of things to do in the area. Lots of beach toys and stuff for the kids.

We absolutely loved our stay at POSH! Location is incredible and the easiest quick walk to the beach (just across the street is the beach access). House is exactly as described and perfect for family gatherings - multiple fridges and dishwashers. The home was clean and well equipped. The private pool was great as well. Kerry was so responsive and kind. We will absolutely be rebooking this property again!

The pictures does no justice. An amazingly beautiful home. The backyard is a relaxing oasis. James was very tentative in responding to our questions. My family and I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This was our third time being hosted by Lily and Daniel. As always immaculate accommodations and I love seeing the improvements made year by year at this fabulous accommodation. Literally only feet from the sand. Centrally located on Holden Beach Island. could not ask for more. Hope to stay again next year if schedules permit.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our stay in Holden Beach! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed — including a full kitchen (with a propane grill!) that made cooking meals super easy and convenient. One of our favorite features was the ability to do laundry on-site — a huge bonus for a beach trip! And the fenced-in backyard and beautiful, relaxing front porch made it the perfect spot to unwind after a day in the sun. But the highlight? The owner graciously let us bring our dogs — it was their first time at the beach, and it made this trip extra special and unforgettable. We made the sweetest memories watching them play in the sand and splash in the ocean. The hosts equipped the kitchen with everything you could possibly need, the bath towels were plentiful, the games & puzzle cabinet packed full, and plenty of comfortable casual seating for a large group both inside and out. Roku TV loaded with the most common streaming service apps so bring your sign ins and passwords since there is no antenna/over-the-air network channels. Nothing as nice as being able to walk a direct path from the deck to the beach via the home’s private wooden walkway over the dune.

This place was amazing, I would book here again and again. This will be our go to spot from here on out, my wife and I fell in love with this place. It is cozy, quiet and relaxing, the atmosphere was perfect. The host provides everything from beach towels to chairs and more. The location is perfect!!!! The foodlion is right around the corner with the beach less than 10 mins away. This place brought back great memories from when my parents had a place here in Holdens Beach.

We loved our visit to Carolina Skies and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else when we return to Holden Beach. Extremely clean and (equally as importantly to me) exceptionally quiet. A perfect haven after hours of fossil and seashell hunting. Loved that there was no carpet, all the interior decor was pleasing to the eye, and it was equipped with everything we needed. Good communication with hosts made us feel cared for. Thank you for the enjoyable stay!

It smelt amazing upon walking in! Gave it more of a home feel. Everything was super clean! Loved the extra touch of toothbrushes/toothpaste. All the little things made our week great. Easy beach access topped off our stay and I would highly recommend this place!

Liz was an amazing host. We love the fenced backyard for our pups, and the hot tube and master shower were amazing. The place was decorated perfectly. She was able to give the beachy vibes without the cringe beach-themed esthetics we all can imagine. She was so kind and gave us some great ideas for dog friendly activities. I highly recommend booking here. especially if you want to stay away from the loud, touristy areas. Beach access was a breeze, and I felt right at home. Oh, and the bed was super comfortable (OMG). The kitchen was outstanding and the entire place was spotless. This is coming from a person who usually begins cleaning when they arrive at an Airbnb. No cleaning was needed....for like the first time in my life (Vrbo included).

Beautiful property with direct access to the beach. Spotless interior with a well appointed kitchen and incredibly comfortable beds. We've stayed at dozens of Air BnBs and this one is fantastic! Communication with host was excellent. Highly recommend this property.

The house was well prepared for guest. It was well stocked of items needed for our stay. We were able to walk to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. I would recommend this place anyday of the week. Our stay was everything we were expecting and needing; a lot of rest and relaxation which is hard to find in this day and time. It was a very memorable stay and looking forward to do it again. Simply the Best!!!!

We had the best time!! We were able to bring our boat and park it at the boat dock. I will say if you have a bigger boat I don’t know if you will be able to park there all weekend, but not a far drive at all to a boat ramp. The place was very clean and had all the things you will need! There is even dog toys and a bed! Betsy was super helpful and nice. We will definitely come and stay many more times.

This is a wonderful home for your beach vacation! The house was extremely clean, very well decorated, and matched the photos. We enjoyed the views of the ocean and short walk to the beach access. The marsh views are also beautiful and the back deck over looking the marsh was so peaceful. We really loved the beach equipment and beach cart that was available for guests to use.

We loved the hammock house! It was so peaceful and beautiful. It was also very convenient to be able to walk to the beach easily and there were amazing restaurants and plenty to do nearby. We will be back!

We have vacationed at the NC Coast for 20+ years. This was our first trip to Holden Beach and staying on a canal. We brought our boat and I think this was probably my favorite vacation at the coast ever! The house was PERFECT... the layout and all the amenities were great. Having the kayak and paddleboard was a great addition and the upper deck overlooking the canal was amazing. We didn't use the tiki bar below but I did use that space for exercising - it was wonderful to look out over the water and the breeze was perfect! All in all, it was a wonderful stay and the owner, Christopher, was so great with answering any questions I had. We were very lucky to have been able to spend time here - we will definitely be back again!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Sandy’s place. The house was clean, didn’t have a bad smell, and without stains. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and cooking items we needed throughout our stay. We were steps away from the beach, which was great and the views were amazing. The house is located in a perfect spot. A couple miles from the point to view sunsets and 8 miles to restaurants and shops. The house is also located in between 2 public beach access points so the beach area behind the house was never busy with other beach goers. We appreciated the baby and kid items at the house for our family. Our only complaints were that the wifi wasn’t very fast, and the walk path to the beach was a little weedy. Overall this was the perfect house and beach spot for our family vacation. Check in and checkout instructions were simple and Sandy was very helpful when we had questions and easy to communicate with. We have already recommended this house to others and would love to go back.
