This is just what you are looking for. An affordable place to relax. Holden is a quiet, friendly, family oriented beach. Our home is located on the third row with no one in front of you. From the new back porch, we are steps to the beach. We are a short walk or bike ride to a public park, restaurants & ice cream. ATTENTION RENTERS! The public beach access closest to us is closed. You will have to use the beach access to the left, about 200 steps. Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old

This apartment has its own private back porch to enjoy breezes coming off of the Intracoastal Waterway. Bring your kayak/paddle board to enjoy the ICW. Holden Beach, grocery & dining are 3 miles away. No Smoking on the Premises. No loud music, no visitors and no partying.
