With a bus stop outside and the charming Braunton village only a 5 minute walk , you'll have easy access to many bars, restaurants, and shops. The suite features self-check-in, a Smart TV, microwave, toaster, kettle, and free tea and coffee. Enjoy free on-site parking and a cozy bistro-style garden. Perfect for a relaxing getaway with everything you need at your doorstep.

Converted barn loft room offering good size couple/family space with en suite. Tea and coffee making facilities along with a small fridge and toaster. (No Kitchen). Hot tub available on request with at least 24 hours notice. £30 cash payment will be required on arrival. There are facilities to wash off and dry wet suits and boards and to dry wet clothes.

The annex is located right next to our home and provides a unique private space offering bed and DIY breakfast facilities for staying guests. Backing on to the River Caen and overlooking the beautiful 13th Century Parish Church, the Barn is just a short 5 minute walk away from Braunton's Village centre and North Devon's 4 best surfing beaches are all within a short drive away (3-7 miles).
