My family and I stayed here for our children’s Spring Break. Matthew was proactive and easy to communicate with during our stay. Our unit was just as described and expected. The only thing mentioned that didn’t meet the standards was the heated pool. However, that was due to the property and not a result of our host. Our children loved feeding the turtles! The location was perfect. Close to the beach and restaurants. We will definitely come back to this location on our next trip with the kids.

Absolutely 5 stars! This Airbnb just outside Rosemary Beach was everything our family needed for the perfect vacation—and then some. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with all the little extras that make traveling with kids easier (hello, beach chairs, towels, and even board games!). The location was dreamy—peaceful and private, yet just minutes from the charm and buzz of Rosemary Beach. We spent our days biking to the beach, watching sunsets, and making memories around the dinner table and fire pit. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive, making us feel more like guests in a friend’s home than renters. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we left with full hearts, sun-kissed faces, and plans to return next year. If you’re looking for a special place to create lifelong family memories, this is it!

Wow! We had such a fabulous time at Sumer's place. There is so much to do in the area. We went fishing with Blue Code fishing Charters. Sumer was super responsive to a query we had. The house was perfect. The views over the lake were stunning. Rven though it is right in the heart of the action it is so peaceful. Where do I start with the beach....stunning and the beach service is the icing on the cake. Def book here, you won't be disappointed

This place was a last minute choice after spending days looking for a place I stumbled across this amazing place. Maria was very quick to respond to any questions I had. She provided accurate information about the location and other things. Maria's place is wonderful. The view from the living room towards the lake/pond behind the property is awesome, especially on early foggy mornings. The location is perfect as we were only 5 min walk (across the street) from the beach. You can walk along the scenic 98 up and down the beach. We had breakfast at Whales Tail just across the street, the view was great, the food just so so. There are so many restaurants and things to do near the property. It's also a very secure area as it is located within a gated property with secure guards. We definitely have added this to our favorites list and hope to return again as soon as we can. Thank you so much Maria & Bob for giving us the opportunity to share your wonderful place. Ray & Janine

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was exactly as we expected, and then some… The location was spectacular! We walked to breakfast every day, rode the bikes provided, use the paddle boards, and just relaxed! We ate out a lot, but the kitchen had everything we needed to havea nice dinner at home! We look forward to booking this location again in the future!
