In June, pick cherries for homemade jam. There’s grassy space for sports, a semi-shaded courtyard, and colourful rooms with upcycled furniture by local artists. Nearby: castles, Futuroscope, and cozying up playing board games by the wood burner in winter.

La Touché, a former manorial hamlet in Courléon, France provides an idyllic country retreat in the Loire Valley with a heated pool, just 20 minutes from the River Loire with castles and vineyards. The heated pool (open May to Sep) is in a quiet, separate and secure courtyard with an established garden. The Gîtes have been lovingly restored with natural stone walls and beautiful oak beams full of charm and character, perfect for families to come and relax, enjoy the weather and good food.

The house is situated on the site of an old 15th Century chateau and stud farm in more than 40 acres of beautiful countryside and lovely walks. Stunning en-suite bathroom and luxury kitchen. King sized bed with orthopedic mattress and Egyptian linens. All towels, including pool towels provided Sofa bed to provide for 2 additional guests.

On the garden ground for our chalet we will be happy to welcome you in the heart of the Loire and Cher castles, a stone's throw from the Beauval Zoo: very good geographical location between Tours, Blois, Amboise and Loches. The accommodation opens onto a private courtyard with personal garden furniture (barbecue, plancha, raclette service) and allows access to our large property. This house is particularly suitable for people looking for calm, greenery and walks.

It has been tastefully renovated, taking care to integrate the old side with modernity. Take your bike and ride along the banks of the Loire, watch the birds and the beautiful lights flow into the river. You will easily be tempted by the many nearby cellars to leave with good Bourgueil wine. Drop off your luggage and enjoy!
