Vacation rentals with beach access in Indre-et-Loire

I had a fantastic time here and will stay here next time I’m here visiting my son. Great place, updated and there’s proof of pride in ownership here. Close to everything in town plus there’s so much to do with 30 mins of Blere … check it out!!

Very well located in the Rocheposay and close to the river. The neighborhood is historic so parking is done in the nearby parking lots. Very good for our stay.

We had a pleasant stay in a quiet and very charming city, it is the ideal place for those looking to be in the city and at the same time in a peaceful place. We were able to stay in a beautiful little cottage on the ground floor at a very reasonable price. We'll be back next time.❤️🥰

Vincent is quite friendly and helpful, giving clear instructions before arrival. The apartment is large and location is convenient, parking on site for free.

We enjoyed the apartment which was equipped with comforts. Excellent bathroom with good shower, fantastic large towels, treats were ready (bottle of wine, coffee cups, tea, cakes, etc) and the bedroom with the large and comfortable bed and excellent bedding was super. It is close to a nice village, we could walk with our dogs to the river (just cross the street, under the tracks and voila) and the apartment is very private. We could use the whole site (sunbeds, washing machine and dryer). On the day of arrival, excellent contact with MH and also with questions in between, she always responded very hospitably and quickly. Upon departure, another friendly message, so we felt very welcome. We'd love to come back here and can highly recommend it.

This stay was even better then we expected - you get a whole little house, in the grounds of the owners' house. Upstairs is a decent bedroom and large bathroom; downstairs a proper kitchen, separate dining room and lounge, all comfortable. Very relaxing, and convenient to get to lots of places. However it is a shame that so few shops are open on this side if the river.

We had a lovely stay. Fabienne was a perfect host, warm welcome, great recommendations, very kind about my not-so-good French. The gite is very large, comfy bed, a really nice shower room, and the kitchen is extremely well equipped for anything you could need! It is in a very tranquil setting, perfect for picnicking and a good location to visit the nearby chateaux!

A perfect stay! The hosting was warm, attentive. The accommodation is impeccable, very well-equipped, comfortable and as described. We immediately felt comfortable there. First of all, we were very well looked after, the accommodation is really nice. You feel very good there. We were able to enjoy the terrace in the evening when we returned, the weather was good. Well thought out, clean, pleasant accommodation and really welcoming hosts with a small touch of attention. For a weekend in Beauval or visits to the Loire castles, very well located accommodation. This is the second time I've brought family members to Amélie's, proof that everything is okay. Quiet neighborhood, car parking, close to Beauval. The whole place is very clean, tidy, you feel at home. Amélie lives next door but steps aside to respect everyone's life. Flexible on check-in and check-out times. Several displays answering the smallest questions that one might ask about the general organization of the premises. An album with all the possible tours of the surroundings, restaurants, supermarkets, gas pumps, etc. In short, everything is there! Thanks to Amelie

Very well located accommodation, less than 10 minutes from the Beauval Zoo, 30 minutes from Château de Chenonceau. The accommodation is spacious, friendly and above all very clean. We felt right at home. Check-in and self check-out: the best. Thank you so much for the hospitality, we highly recommend this place. Go for it!!!
