House of 250 m², with veranda, terrace, garden of 600 m² overlooking the Loire and its sunsets, located in the heart of Chaumont-sur-Loire, a small tourist town of 1104 inhabitants classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its village runs along the main road for 2 kilometers, bordered on one side by the Loire, the last wild river, and on the other side by the hillside overlooked by the Domaine Régional including its 15th century feudal castle and the garden festival.

On the garden ground for our chalet we will be happy to welcome you in the heart of the Loire and Cher castles, a stone's throw from the Beauval Zoo: very good geographical location between Tours, Blois, Amboise and Loches. The accommodation opens onto a private courtyard with personal garden furniture (barbecue, plancha, raclette service) and allows access to our large property. This house is particularly suitable for people looking for calm, greenery and walks.

The Stables of Hodebert Castle

Ideally located, in the heart of an exceptional site classified as a Historic Monument (Hodebert Castle) and close to the Loire Castles (Chambord, Cheverny, Amboise, Chenonceau, Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau...), the Ecuries d'Hodebert are ideal for cultural and sports holidays or simply to enjoy the calm of the countryside. Carefully decorated, the house offers a very bright living room with a fireplace (wood provided). Heated swimming pool 16 m x 4 m.

The Dream Tower (air-conditioned)

You'll love this unique and romantic escape in this picturesque 19th century dovecote. The studio with a capacity for 2 people is composed of a main room with a double bed, a table, two chairs, a shower room with toilets and a kitchenette. You'll have the option to set up a baby. The entry is independent and you have a private terrace. The studio is very quiet as it is on the courtyard side. Breakfasts are optional The pool, terrace and garden are to be shared between the guests of the house, it is heated.
