Very pleasant places, well renovated, practical and well-equipped. A perfect welcome and adapted to our constraints.

We enjoyed our stay at the castle very much, which is superb and in a very pleasant environment. The hosting was perfect, Stéphane is very attentive and has no shortage of recommendations. We really enjoyed one of the recommended restaurants that was about ten kilometers away. The breakfasts were perfect, the room was superb, in short we would definitely recommend this place that allows for a real disconnection! Thank you again!

This is a gem. Amboise itself is a quaint and beautiful town, and Guillaume and Julia’s place is nestled right in the middle of it. A several minute walk from shops, the local chateau, and many restaurants. Although we were a stones throw to the center of the action, it was very quiet and private. Breakfast is a must. It consisted of fresh bread and croissants, meats, cheeses, fruits and nuts, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs in a darling sitting room in the main house. Lovely. Merci, Guillaume and Julia— we will be back!!

The house was ideal for our family holiday - five adults and four young children. The children enjoyed playing in the large garden and the adults enjoyed the use of the jacuzzi and sauna. On chilly evenings the fireplace was very welcome, with a plentiful supply of firewood. The hosts were lovely, easy to contact, were available for most of our stay and helped when our car tyre needed some air. We visited many of the châteaux in the area - Chateaux de Langeais, Ussé, Chenonceau and Azay le Rideau. We spent a full day at Center Parcs Les Bois des Daims - only 50 minutes drive. Wine tasting in Huismes - Chinon AOC. The house was overall very comfortable, spacious and generally clean, although we were surprised to find that bathroom cleaning products had not been provided and so had to shop for our own. Perhaps this was an oversight as we were early in the season. Overall a wonderful stay in a beautiful place, very well located for many of the main sites in the Touraine region.

The cottage has a very large capacity, ideal for a family get-together, which was our case. clean kitchen, spacious rooms and if necessary its private garden is accessible. Ms. Goddard is very accommodating.

This stay was an exceptional experience. Stephane was a great host who should be very proud how he has renovated the property. We would stay there again or use it for a special event,

Great stay at Margaux's, we were a group of 15 friends. The space was clean, spacious, comfortable and friendly. Equipped with everything we needed. Good communication with Margaux who was available if needed to answer our questions. Although the owners have their home in the same yard, we had complete privacy and independence. The accommodation is well located for visiting the area! We were able to adjust our departure time for an additional fee. Recommended

This is a beautiful stay. The rooms were clean and well decorated. The grounds are beautiful. The chateau is so charming. The swimming pool was fabulous! The proprietor was nice but not super welcoming like we had elsewhere. But definitely worth the stay.

Good stay… Everything is as advertised ...

Really enjoyable stay, the location is excellent being only a short and lovely gentle walk from the centre of the village. Beautiful peaceful surroundings. The room was spacious and comfortable, it was quite hot during the day, however the windows did open up wide and the evening cool air (in early June) was quite pleasant. We really enjoyed the swimming pool which was very welcome in the hot weather. We only met the receptionist who was very friendly and helpful. All in all, great value, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

We had a great week too short at Marie and Maurice's who are very welcoming hosts and so charming and friendly. Quiet environment, in a beautiful green setting surrounded by horses and with a pool at the top, what more could you ask for? The property is ideally located near Beauval Zoo, the Castles of the Loire Valley and its small bucolic villages. We will come back without hesitation and with pleasure to complete the visit of your beautiful region and enjoy a peaceful setting. See you soon, I hope. 😉

Very nice well maintained estate with green spaces and a superb pool. The room was spacious and comfortable tastefully decorated. The staff is very kind of you.

We had a perfect stay at 4 in this hotel! The rooms were spotless, comfortable and well equipped. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. We'll be happy to go back!

Wonderful stop in an unusual house, warm and tastefully decorated. The garden was also amazing, both natural and impressive. Thank you to our host for his friendly welcome and for the gourmet breakfast.

Clean room, for 3 people a little tight, great king size bed, indoor parking for a fee, international breakfast for a fee.

We were very kindly welcomed by the lady at the reception. She also gave us the necessary tips for a walk in Chinon, some restaurants were recommended and she told us where to park the car. The room (we stayed in room Millésime) was beautifully decorated and very clean! The air conditioning was silent and the room was nice and cool when we arrived. Which was definitely an added value given the heat at that time. The garden is beautiful! Especially in the evening when all the lights are on, it's really nice to stay there for a while. The breakfast was delicious! A very extensive breakfast buffet with local products. Owners are super friendly. When we are in the area again, we will definitely stay in Rive Sud again.

This is an amazing place in Chinon! We absolutely adored it and will definitely come back. The suite we stayed in was brand new, super nicely decorated and had a great bed. The bathroom had a good shower. The courtyard is really nice. Chinon center is at walking distance. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of home made things. Looking forward to our next visit!
