Gregory's place was beautiful. it was very clean and had everything we needed. my favorite part was the deck. I loved the swing!

Krista was always kind, responded almost instantly to questions, provided canoes and kayaks for lovely paddle into the wilderness and shared her most lovable and friendly cat.. Toby who was always ready to greet and love upon us 😊

Josh was super responsive! We loved the house, the neighborhood, the parking, and how close it was to all the restaurants and shopping and parks! The kitchen had everything we needed! Bed was super comfortable. Bathrooms towels are soft! Loved our stay here!

This was the perfect get away for my family! Was a beautiful property where we enjoyed walking the trails, playing games, and just enjoying each other while sitting on the porch! We definetly plan to come back!

God bless that angelic bed and that fun towel warmer experience - Those 2 items could make up for a lot of things but that wasnt even needed at an amazing place like this. Such a fun and well designed place - It has personality and had every thoughtful amenity I could think of ( Considering we were on a streak of Airbnbs missing basic things like handsoap ). I was even more impressed with how clean the bathroom was with shining and streakless hardware, as if no one had ever been there. Definitely will come back on our next trip!

We enjoyed our stay here - pool and hot tub were great. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels. Debra was very responsive to any question I had of her, and check in/check out instructions were clear. The house rules and info were well organized and complete. Would recommend!

Good location, close to a high school. 10-20 minute drive for restaurants. We stayed for a concert at Ruoff, it was 15 minutes away. Mostly clean and had everything we needed like coffee, TV, iron, towels, linens and washer/dryer.

Waterfront with a gentle slop to the dock. Great deck on cottage. Clean place, friendly host with a reasonable price. I was pleasantly surprised to find a gas grill. From the listing I thought there was only a charcoal grill. We caught fish right from the dock (bluegill and small bass) .

Ive stayed here several times. It's always clean. Christine always messages the day of or before with anything I need to know. She's a great host.

Great space. looked even better than the photos and felt very private. would definitely recommend it to anybody looking for a lowkey place to stay.

This place is a great option if you’re traveling alone or as a couple, though it might get a bit tight for the latter case. I had an event at South Bend’s downtown convention center, and it was a super easy walk! Theresa was proactive in reaching out to make sure my check-in would go ok, and the place was well kept. She even placed pamphlets of things to do and places to visit around south bend in the unit. While I personally didn’t have time to flip through and find other things to do, it was a very nice touch!

Want a spacious, clean, and A/C space (with security) with proximity and easy access to Louisville - one traffic light and 1.5 miles away and all that city has to offer and at a small city-cost no less? Then a stay at Devion’s Airbnb is your destination!

Cute little apartment that was clean and had plenty of linens, towels, and kitchen extras. Great location close to Ball State. Deborah and Matt were very good about communications with me.

I loved staying at this cosy apartment. All Maggie's instructions were easy to follow and her place is very comfortable and well-appointed. The neighbourhood is quiet and a short walk to downtown. Thanks Maggie!

Loved this space, very safe in both the unit itself and the parking situation as well. Found a load of new friends at the local restaurant Brew Link (maybe a 8 min walk from the apartment) and it wasn't too hard to explore staples like Mass Ave on foot from the location either. Bed was super comfy and lovely amenities to be used, all the creature comforts necessary. Thank you!

The Cozy Condo is exactly as described, small and cozy. It was perfect for the two of us. Sharon went above and beyond to make us feel at home and added special touches just for us. The only drawback was that it was much further from downtown Bloomington than we thought. It took us about 40 minutes to drive to the B-Line trail. That was on me, I should have done more research. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet and cozy place to stay near Bloomington, I highly recommend Sharon's Cozy Condo.

great place and location

My friends & I stayed at James’ place for pride weekend, & it was BEAUTIFUL. There was a perfect view of Mass Ave, & we were able to watch the pride parade right from the living room window. It was just steps away from all of our favorite places - Francis & Fern, 3 Dog Bakery, Needlers, & Starbucks. The apartment was clean, cozy, & had everything we needed. I will definitely be back next year!

We loved the space and the location. It is walkable to many local restaurants, bars, coffee shops, bakeries, and gifts. We took advantage of the ice cream shop across the street. It was fun to walk through the Saturday morning farmers market too! Burt's place had some water and snacks which was great after spending the day traveling. Everything was clean and nice. Burt gave great instructions for parking. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

It’s a great nice small property to stay. Definitely not big enough for more than two people but a great location to downtown.

This was the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. If there is an award for best kep Airbnb ...Sharon should receive it. Clean, beautifully decorated, just the right amount of amenities., quiet. We felt at home the moment we walked in. Highly recommend
