Vacation rentals with breakfast in Indiana

Karen was extremely kind and easy to work with. We were in town for a birthday party and she was very flexible with our needs over the weekend. She was responsive, able to be contacted by phone if needed and even dropped off a box of clothes for our 2 year old daughter to play with. We would 10/10 stay here again with one caveat. While her house was beautifully decorated, if you have young children, you'll need to be careful of the breakable items. We moved them to be safe and returned them where they were upon checking out. It didn't hinder our stay AT ALL and the Airbnb was exactly what we needed but just a heads up to keep a lookout if your kids are like mine and want to touch everything!

Tia was very responsive and when we messaged her that we would like to have a small pot for cooking, she delivered a brand new set promptly. We enjoyed sitting on porch with clean furniture.

What a unique home in a peaceful location, complete with a sweet and friendly cat host! We appreciated the fun deco, the comfortable atmosphere and the beautiful views of the river out of the big picture windows. Lots of special touches from Krista (snacks, flowers, themed deco) and she was proactive and responsive to communication. Highly recommend! We would love to stay in a warmer month to make use of the kayaks next time too!

This is a great spot! It's on a quiet road near some corn fields and subdivisions. The house is very nice and cozy, with very comfortable beds and sofas, and personal touches that make it easy to feel right at home. The kitchen is well-stocked and has everything you need to cook every meal in the house if you choose, along with a coffee maker and air fryer. The washer and dryer work well. The garage is a really nice perk and meant that I was able to move the car out of a hail storm and also to park it overnight when we got snow and ice. It took me less than 10 minutes to get to my destination on the Purdue campus, and groceries and other amenities are not far away.

Adorable little place! We loved our weekend in New Albany at Patricia’s. Beautiful, safe downtown, walkable area with a great Saturday morning Farmers Market. We will definitely stay with her again! Very responsive and friendly.

We had a great stay here, cozy and comfy. Also the Ubers we ordered to the convention center for comic con were super cheap! I would definitely stay here again during an Indy event in the future!

This is our second time staying here. The house is always very very clean, it’s quiet with comfortable beds, and close enough to walk to get food or to CVS if needed. Other amenities, such as Krogers grocery store or the town square are just a very short drive. We also loved going to Fern Cliff Nature preserve and DePauw Nature Preserve to walk through the woods.

This is the second time I have stayed and I'll be back again. Check in is easy. The bed is comfortable. The room is clean. It's a hidden gem.

Felt right at home, right away. Love the mood of the place, beautiful decoration, cozy spaces throughout. My wife loved the soaker tub, melted her stresses away. Always found street parking right in front of the apartment each evening. Smooth trip into Chicago whenever the mood struck us. The mattress is definitely firm. If that suits you and your back, you are going to love this spot like we did!

We LOVED Jill and Chris’s place. We visited with our 10 yo grandson and giant dog. Their place is very clean, well-organized (loved the coffees and teas especially) and loaded with art, games, conversation starters for the table. Best of all, their home is an urban “homestead” with free range chickens, a beehive, fruit and nut trees, raised bed gardens and native Indiana plants. Everything about their property and rental is a labor of love and it shows. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay! The place is nice, cozy, comfortable, and very clean. Molly is an amazing host—thoughtful and welcoming. I especially loved the little details in the bathroom, the great shower, and the super comfortable bed. The space is peaceful and relaxing, yet conveniently located with easy access to many places and parking in front of the house. Highly recommend!

The place was just we needed for our stay visiting family and friends in Peru. Very clean. I didnt have time to enjoy the backyard but it looked very inviting. I come to this area very often to visit. Will definitely try to rent this again.

Naomi was super friendly. The place and surroundings was beautiful and quiet. If back in area would definitely book again. The simple breakfast accommodation was extra nice.

We enjoyed our stay at Tamyra’s airbnb. The room was very comfortable and shared bathroom was no problem. Tamyra opened her dining and kitchen to everyone. We enjoyed meeting other very nice people who stayed with Tamyra.

We booked as strangers but left feeling like family! Jill & John were the most gracious hosts. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a great big smile and open arms, which reminded me of coming home to see my grandma :) Our rooms had fresh flowers and delicious freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. Our rooms were comfortable and tidy. They left us a key to come and go as we pleased. I was amazed at all of the attention to detail, especially considering we booked the house with less than a 24 hour notice. They cooked a delicious breakfast in the morning and asked if they could join us and we of course said yes. We had great conversations and enjoyed their company immensely. They truly couldn’t be a nicer couple or more gracious hosts! We were only 15 minutes from downtown Indianapolis so the location was great as well. The house itself is in a small town just outside of Indianapolis, but walkable to a few restaurants and such. We would 1000% stay here again. You will not find nicer hosts!

Rowena is a wunderbar hostess. Cosmopolitan, friendly, and helpful, she makes you feel at home. Her experiences and stories are engaging. Her breakfast was divine.

Had a great stay at Mel’s place for a work trip. Mel was very flexible with my coming/goings (which were sometimes late) and provided excellent breakfast. It is a bit further if you’re visiting Purdue but Ubers are cheap and the walk is nice!

Stood here a couple months back, it was a great experience and felt right at home so I decided to book again. Definitely recommend!

SHORT EASY DRIVE FROM INDIANA UNIVERSITY! Where do I start? There are not enough stars to rate the value of this adorable Bed and Breakfast! We were in town for our granddaughter's volleyball game at IU, and were just looking for a quiet place to sleep before making the 3 hour drive home. We did not expect to feel so welcomed! Thank you Jeanne and Jim for the wonderful experience. No wonder you are SUPERHOSTS!!!!

Teresa is one of the best hosts I came across after staying in many previous Airbnb's. She was very sweet and helpful. Upon our arrival, she prepared amazing welcome snacks and beverages, gave us a tour of the house, which was spectacular and made sure we have everything we need. In the morning, we were greeted by amazing breakfast. I strongly recommend to everyone and will definitely come back if I'm in town next time.
