Monthly Rentals in Indian Beach

Jeremy was very nice and helpful! his place was extremely clean. We had an AC issue and he was right on it and worked into the wee hours of the night to make sure we were cool and comfortable. He was very friendly and gave great recommendations of things to do and places to eat. If we are ever in the area again we would most defiantly stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying here! It was nice being closer to the beach and the marina in Psalter Path. it was our first time on the island and even though the weather was not great we had fun. Thanks David for making sure we had some snacks and necessities in the house!

The views were fantastic! We all enjoyed sitting out on the covered balcony overlooking the sound and we were able to eat several meals outside. The condo was bright and cheerful on the inside with plenty of space for the five of us. It was nice to be close to the public beach access and fish market. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the necessities for preparing a meal as well as a ton of spices and condiments! We enjoyed a delicious shrimp dinner with local shrimp from Cap’n Willis’ Seafood Market. We’d be happy to stay here again. Thank you, Martha!

If you like being right on the beach, this place is for you. Beautiful moon scapes at night. Very quiet area of the island.
