Village & country paradise in UNESCO heritage site

Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

The house has two floors: on the lower floor, there is the hall, living room, full bathroom, and kitchen. It has an exit to a backyard with a garden area, and a glazed porch at the back. Upstairs we have two double bedrooms with ceiling fans (one of them with access to a terrace), and a full bathroom with a bathtub. Tourist license: ETV11919
