We enjoyed our week in Alcudia and the house very much. The house was comfortable and spacious and perfect for two families (or one big) .Short walk to supermarket, beaches, restaurants etc. Nice terraces and garden. Convenient with the key box outside the house. We never met Joan and Nadia in person but whenever we had questions they replied swiftly and helpful through email. We would really recommend this house for a nice stay in Alcudia!

Andrés place is amazing and the orchard, swimming pool and tennis court made it such a fun place to be with our grandchildren. Andrés and his family were ever helpful and made us feel so welcome. We are moving to Mallorca but I would recommend it and will do to any friends. It is set in one of the nicest towns in the centre of the island.

We had an incredible stay at Margarita's finca, perfectly situated at the foot of the mountains. This location allowed us to enjoy both cycling trips in the mountains and leisurely rides on the flat parts of the island. The finca itself was wonderfully cosy and impeccably tidy, providing a perfect retreat. Margarita was very responsive and flexible, ensuring our stay was seamless. We highly recommend Margarita's place for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway in the Mallorcan countryside, while still being conveniently close to charming villages like Selva, Caimari, and Campanet to enjoy the local restaurants and bars.

We felt comfortable in the house and in the immediate quiet surroundings of the house from the first moment. There are several wonderful seating options in the garden and on the roof terrace. We didn't miss anything in the kitchen that is necessary for daily use. Vanessa was in no time for our possibly. Questions available. We three women thoroughly enjoyed the week-long stay. We stayed 15 nights - most of the four of us in the finca, we enjoyed it very much. You depend on a car. It was like coming “home”. We were very warmly welcomed and had a pointing partner the whole period, who took care of our needs/questions immediately. The street is easy to hear, but that didn't bother us any further. We would come back any time we plan a self-catering vacation. The property is beautifully lined with olive and citrus trees and pine trees, fantastic with views of the Puig de San Salvador mountain. We enjoyed it very much, the accommodation was very clean and well equipped, with everything you could ever need. From coffee filters to hand soap, dish soap, salt, olive oil all available, very well-equipped kitchen, pool and outdoor area also very well maintained and clean. Pack mosquito spray! We felt very welcome and in good hands here! Thank you very much Juan, I hope to see you again!

We had an awesome stay for our bike holidays. The accomodation was even better than on the pictures. The kitchen was equiped well, the are tidy and the whole place was located in an relaxed and quit area. We will definetly come back. Thank you Maria

Very quiet and peaceful location. Pool is nice for small kids. Has everything you need. The only thing to improve would be BBQ place. Overall would definitely recommend.

If you're considering the Finca as a venue for celebrations, there couldn’t have been a more perfect place for us to celebrate our wedding. We were able to easily arrange everything with Fabrizio and Miriam from Austria. The Finca is the ideal location for a gathering of up to 30 guests. As a vacation home, it's perfect for families or two couples.. One bedroom is located in a separate wing under the terrace, while the other section has two bedrooms connected by a staircase, all three equipped with double beds. We loved the interior design and appreciated the natural surroundings. We love chickens, and enjoyed the sounds of the free-roaming chickens and rooster on the property. Contrary to a previous guest's comment, we didn't notice any disturbing noise from the nearby, yet distant, road. For us, this place has become truly special, and we are filled with gratitude for the wonderful support from Miriam and Fabrizio! And last but not least: the pool is amazing and magical!

A fantastic location, very close to the restaurants of Cala D’Or and the beach. Its also a short walk to the Marina, with a couple of large supermarkets close by. The staff who look after the villa and clean it do a great job and were lovely and friendly. The pool is great and it was wonderful to come back to an air conditioned place. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and well equipped. A very well managed property, thank you Jesus.

Perfect place to use as a base for a cycling holiday.

i dreamed of making a Paella to my family for Christmas, well, she found me a large stove in Paella, with a tripod, I was able thanks to her, to make my dream a reality sublime house, we even enjoyed the pool, on December 27th, no, I really recommend this gem!! and the owner is a love!

Place is amazing, perfect for big groups. It’s clean and pool was well kept. Jacuzzi and steam room didn’t work for our whole trip though which was a shame.

Amazing host, great communication. Villa was actually bigger than pictures showed. Swimming pool was a perfect size, mountains view and sunsets were amazing. I highly recommend to stay in this property we definitely will be coming back.

Great house with a great view and it had everything we needed for our stay (7ppl on a golftrip). Matias was always easy to communicate with and he even gave us recommendation where to book shuttle service as we were a larger group. Flexible with check in and check out which was much appreciated. I can recommend the house if you want a spacious place in a calm area but still close to everything Palma has to offer.

The house was very nice and large. Easy to use for 8p. Huge garden with terrace, lockable, very large, clean and modern pool. This includes a large summer kitchen with all the utensils you need including a barbecue. The nearest beach is reachable in 5 minutes by car. It is about 40 minutes to Palma. Shopping can be found in the nearest villages, reachable in 10 minutes by car. A nice place to stay for the warm season. Thanks Margarita for the nice communication

We loved our stay at Toni’s place. The location was fun with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We also loved the proximity to the beach.

We had a family vacation. We loved it. It turned out so our flight was delayed, but the hosts waited for us even though we arrived quite late. The place was clean and prepared for us and the hosts are nice and genuine people. It is also worth noting the presence of a smart cat, which added to our experience at home even more. Recommended.

Our stay at Francisca’s place was lovely. Nice home for our stay in Alcudia, lots of space inside and out. Good location walkable to the beach and locals shops and restaurants. Great communication throughout from Francisca, thank you for having us!

We had a great stay here, the lake view is beautiful and it's very close to the beach. The place is very clean and equiped with everything to feel like home. The garden is impecable, we spent most of our time there barbequing and watching our toddler run around. Raquel was very responsive. I would stay here again, I highly recommend for families with children.

Fantastic place for a family of 5 with 3 young children. Lots of indoor and outdoor space. Outdoor space is great with seating areas in the sun and shade. The automatic awning made lunches great to easily enjoy and shade the children. The lawn is also so kid friendly free from slips and made it a stress free and relaxing place to enjoy without having to watch their every move. Great location to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Being around the lake also made for another interesting feature to explore! Highly recommended and a great villa, thanks for the enjoyable stay!
