Perfect location! Not far from the best things to do in the city. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a quiet, pet friendly neighborhood with lovely views of the river. Everything we needed was provided and we liked the layout of the house. Regarding sleeping accommodations, there are beds for 6 people (2 queens with twin bunks above each) and additional sleeping options are provided via a pull-out sofa and 2 futons.

Great place, conveniently close to the Schaumburg Convention Center

The location was great with a lake view. Very clean and well kept property. Instructions were very clear. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Each bedroom was well furnished with comfortable beds. We would stay here again and recommend it to others. Thanks Rasa for making our stay part of a wonderful family trip by having a great rental property for us to use!

Very beautiful home! 🏡 It was better in person than we expected! It felt like we had our mini home in the meantime while we were in the process on getting our new home here 😊 Manasse and his wife were both loving, friendly and funny as well throughout our whole stay. Definitely recommend this spot best for your buck & so many places in the area close by and sooo much room and very cozy feels like you’re staying at a family members place ☺️

Stay went very smoothly and I would recommend for anyone seeing an event at Allstate arena(walking distance) or needing a place to stay flying thru O'Hare. Target and a wide variety of fast casual dining 1 min away. The listing mentioned a grill and that was unavailable, you may want to check with the host in advance if you are planning to use any amenities.

Great stay. Place matched the description and photos. Enjoyed kayaking and fishing right off the dock. Would stay here again, next time we’re in the area.

The place is amazing like brand new home with smart TV, in unit laundry and kitchen. In terms of location, it has easy access to Kimball Brown Line Station (400m away) and CTA Bus #93 to Evanston. You can also get to Mexican, Persian, Korean, Brazilian restaurants within walking distance. Thus, I would like to stay in the same place for my visit in Chicago in 2025.

gorgeous views and very nice condominium. great balcony and very safe. The elevators were super fast. Even though the actual location is different than the one mentioned in listing, it still wasn't disappointing. There is enough space for a small family or a couple.
