Vacation rentals with a patio in Illinois

This apartment was super cozy and warm. Everything was labeled nicely and everything we needed could be found in the kitchen and the bathroom.

Almost perfect, perhaps the place could use more table lamps…( for reading)

Nataly is an amazing hostess- not only was her place in an adorable and enchanting historical neighborhood close to campus and restaurants, but her careful designs made the basement room look and feel fresh and contemporary. I did unplug the scent things and would have preferred fluffier pillows, but those are tiny negatives compared to the hundreds of positives about her place: location, cleanliness, size, price, carefully furnished and decorated, kitchen utensils, bathroom stuff available… etc. Nataly even reimbursed me a night because I had to leave suddenly — without my asking! She definitely went above and beyond. My son and dogs and I will be back soon to visit my niece! Thank you, Nataly!

From her greeting you at the front door to making sure you have all that you need. Her place is perfect for a few days or even an extended stay! Located just off the highway and close to an amazing wine and restaurant - and minutes away from Beloit College! I recommend and look forward to my next stay

We enjoyed our weekend. We felt at home right away. It was a little tough to find at first. but we figured it out. The location is perfect to walk around. We never had to move the car once parked. We enjoyed watching movies in the comfortable recliners. We would definitely stay again!!

Jim was a fantastic host. Very responsive and timely in his communications and support for our needs during our stay in their place. Their home was comfortable and well appointed with additional amenities you don't often see in AirBnB spaces, like N'espresso appliances and supplies. We would definitely consider repeat visits! We really enjoyed our stay here! This is by far the cutest place we’ve ever booked. It’s tastefully decorated & very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The reserved off street parking was nice too. We will definitely stay again when we come back to Bloomington!

Great place to stay….easy check in. Had everything you would need for any activity. Great views. We stayed there while visiting family in the area. Will stay again. We fished from the beach. Although pretty windy my son did kayak some. The beach/sand toys and fishing rods came in handy as well. Plenty of chairs and places to sit for family when they stopped in.

Derek was an amazing host, very helpful with all of his tips and communication. The place is great, our family loved it, and we can’t wait to stay here again!

Beautiful country setting with lots to do on the property for my adult family of 5. The pool table, hot tub, and fire pit were wonderful!! We were just minutes away from dinner and a grocery store. We were just 20 minutes from hiking at the Garden of the Gods. We landed at Kevin's after a 4 day, 3 night back country hike and could not have been more comfortable! It was a wonderful place to relax and recharge.

Came into town for a wedding. Beautiful place to stay for a peaceful trip! Host set up the fire pit for our use which was really thoughtful. Very clean and welcoming. Has everything you need in the kitchen. The property is right on the water - would be perfect to bring kayaks. There isn't much to do in the town itself but for a peaceful getaway, this place is perfect!

What a peaceful and accurately described stay. Elizabeth was prompt with communication, clear with description and expectations, and helpful with any added questions. My friends and family were delighted to have the peaceful environment to rest and recharge. Great stay! Highly recommend!

My family and I were in town for my nephew's graduation, and Marika's home was truly beautiful, so inviting, and comfortable. She definitely paid attention to details that made the stay even more cozy. Beautiful property, and well appointed! Easy lovely, 10 minute walk to town, also. I was coming to Chicago to just have a quiet weekend away from work and the stresses of home. I wanted a few days to enjoy urban life peacefully doing a few things I enjoy. This spot checked off all the boxes for peaceful and private but also re adorably we'll located to hit all of the spots around Chicago. The place was exactly as pictured and clean. couldn't have been easier and I would stay here again. hosts were responsive. it was a great few days.

The neighborhood has a welcoming, upscale vibe, which added to our peace of mind. A quick heads-up: the unit is a second-floor walk-up accessed via a private entry. Inside, as you can see has the spiral staircase; a unique architectural feature, but if you’re traveling with heavy luggage, it’s something to keep in mind. Pablo was an incredibly responsive and helpful host, even volunteering to have us check in early. His place was spacious (can accommodate 4-5 people) and comfortable. . . really a home away from home. Had everything we needed for a 5-day stay . . washer/dryer a plus! Parking can be a challenge, but using SPOT Hero helped us identify available spots. While next to the train, the train noise was more like white noise and did not disturb us. Would definitely stay again!
