Relax and unwind in this quiet and elegant home. We've been Airbnb hosts for years, renting out the attic of our own home. Since we didn't have a separate entrance, we thought about adapting our basement to be able to continue receiving guests with greater privacy, since we have always liked the idea of being able to host people from all over the world. It was a project in which the whole family participated and in which we put all our enthusiasm and love. We hope you like it!

It complies with all the legal regulations of the Community of Madrid. Everyone is welcome at home.

Nice room, with 105 bed, table, desk, built-in wardrobe, heating, wifi. Bus stop in Madrid at the door. Very close to the University, ideal for professors and/or children, especially from the UAX. Next door you have a cafe, supermarket, and restaurants. Easy parking always at the door. 30 minutes from Madrid (Moncloa) by bus, bus stop on the same street. Beautiful bedroom, with bed 105, bedside table, desk, built-in wardrobe, heating, WiFi.

Cozy and quiet space that we have decorated with love and care. It is ideal to come by car, as it is within an urbanization and located near various tourist spots such as El Escorial, Segovia, Toledo and of course Madrid. Close to outlet stores, cinemas, spa, golf, Boadilla forest, etc. Apartment with separate entrance attached to a single-family home. It has a living room-kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Free street parking.

La Casita - Relax y good life!

The Casita has a La Mancha style with Mediterranean touches. Very cool in summer and warm in winter. It is completely independent and separate from the main house, in the middle of the garden next to the pool, available during the summer season for guests. It has a master bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and washing machine.
