A few fabulous days in this lovely house. The living room is large and bright, the decoration was done with care and the cleanliness is impeccable. We were lucky to have very mild weather for the month of April and were therefore able to enjoy the beautiful outdoors, well maintained and conducive to relaxation, the pool is a real plus. We felt so good in this place. Our son really enjoyed the little play area. The location of the accommodation is excellent, there is everything around while still being quiet. Very good communication with Marines. It's a place we'll keep in mind and hope to return to one day.

Quite demanding by nature, I can say that the accommodation is of very good quality. Excellent cleanliness and level of equipment. No complaints. Nathalie was there when we needed her. I would definitely recommend this listing which ticks all the boxes. Very well hosted with local products as a bonus. Keep it up. Perfect.

Our family had a very peaceful and relaxing time at Sylvie’s house. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, garden, pool and seating areas. We knew it was a recently modernised/refurbished and everything felt new and with a well planned layout. The owners were very welcoming and accommodating, even though our language skills leave a lot to be desired, Sylvie and her partner spoke more than enough English to answer all the questions about the house Most importantly the beds were very comfortable and sleeping after a day of cycling around the island helped the recovery. We have been to Ile de Re many times and really enjoy the location, quiet yet enough shops and restaurants close by to fulfill our needs. Already looking at dates for this property for next year.

Nice home with plenty of space for a large family. Lovely outside space for when the weather is nice. Walking distance to the marina and plenty of restaurants. You can get a sea bus to the old port. Overall a nice house in a good location. Hosts were very nice and provided good suggestions for local restaurants and amenities.

We have just spent a week, July 2024, a family of 12 plus a baby, at this very beautiful house. There is everything and more you could ever need. It is quiet. It is a beautiful area and the village has a beautiful bakery and supermarket. The beach is approx 15 mins by car. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we loved it. The kids played tirelessly in the beautiful big pool. The house has cots, high chair and even toys for the children. It was my 60th birthday and my family organised a local private chef (Manu chef a domicile) to cook for us, recommended by Will and it was amazing. We picked up hire cars at the train station also recommended by Will. The whole process was more than easy. We had the best time and would highly recommend to a large family. We hope that this is not the last time we stay at this stunning house and hopefully not our last time in La Rochelle. Holiday blues are real when you’ve visited such a beautiful place 😊

Great hospitality from David and a small impeccable apartment! Very well equipped, it has everything you need, from a snail shell to a hairdryer! Perfect for a small family, like ours with two children. The accommodation is very well located near the heart of the village of La Flotte. Underground parking allows you to park the car. In short, a perfect place to stay! We'll be happy to come back. Thank you David for hosting us!

Brigitte is a very welcoming and pleasant host. The accommodation is very convenient, well located, close to the port and shops on foot. The residence is very quiet and with private parking, it is ideal.

Very functional apartment. Quality bedding. Excellent neighborhood. Coffee in the apartment which is excellent! Philipe is proactive. The pool is a plus for families. There's even a small sunny terrace in the afternoon until the end of the day. Recommended!

Christophe and Carole's place is ideal for a weekend getaway. Very well located in relation to the sea and also in a very pleasant residence. The accommodation is beautiful, well decorated (with a lot of wink of Ile de Ré), tidy and very clean. We also enjoyed the many amenities, which should be particularly convenient over a week or more of a vacation. Christophe was present just as needed by message and very responsive. All the instructions in the accommodation or by message were very clear and accurate, allowing us to be in perfect autonomy. ideally located, the accommodation is convenient / functional, slightly far from the city center ( 400/500m) which allows you to enjoy everything on foot and by bike. " master " outbuilding is a real plus. the railway right behind the house is surprisingly not at all. We will regret the cleanliness of the accommodation on arrival as well as the garbage cans of previous occupants due to the off-season collection that takes place during the week . if we had to find a defect, maybe the lack of high / low noise insulation in the house .

Pleasant house, close to the ocean, quiet, very well equipped (dishes, games, mini chain, hooks to put things everywhere...). The three bedrooms upstairs are close to each other but well soundproofed. And then there's the pool!
