Erwan is a fantastic host and a very cosy house in a enclosed place that feels very cosy. The inner courtyard has neighbours sharing and they are also friendly and discerning. The area is just out of the busiest part of the city in a leafy tree lined street. Would definitely stay again. 15mins share bike ride to the center of Nantes and similar to l’iles de machines.

We returned to the little house for the second time. And we are delighted: everything you need in the house and a perfect courtyard terrace for our little curly Bichon! Hospitality and thoughtful touches, great availability. So, I'll see you next time, I'm sure 😃😃

Martine and Pierre's accommodation is ideal for small families, close to Forget Island for walks with children. Easy access to a park-and-ride lot to get to Nantes by public transit! Martine and Pierre are very welcoming and have nice touches for travelers!

Stéphanie’s house is a beautiful, tastefully decorated home within a short walk of the tram line into the centre of Nantes. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. The stone-walled garden is charming and private. After long days of sightseeing in the city, it really felt like a home from home. Stéphanie was very kind and helpful and really flexible about our check-in and check-out times. It was an absolute delight to meet her in person! We all loved the house and highly recommended it as a base from which to explore Nantes.

the accommodation was very quiet, peaceful, all along the Loire, a beautiful environment, even more beautiful than in the photos. Pierre and Brigitte are exceptional hosts with their hospitality, discretion and responsiveness. Location in the middle of nature, easy to reach by car and with public transport and bike path to the city center.

The apartment is very quiet: it overlooks a small garden in an inner courtyard, opposite the street. Perfect for my work trips. Dominique is super welcoming. I would recommned this property.

Great stay. Very nice apartment in a secure building with elevator. Two beautiful bedrooms. Very useful underground parking. Excellent soundproofing. 10-minute walk to Machines de l'île. We'll be happy to go back. The only downside is the lack of a convenience store or bakery nearby but it's a detail!

The accommodation was as described and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. I enjoyed the view of the Erdre and the private parking space which are a real plus for an apartment in town. Recommended! Cécile is welcoming, friendly and accommodating! Small downsides: the elevator button to go to the basement was broken which involved going around the outside to go to the garage and the soundproofing is not terrible especially in the living room.

A very nice apartment with secure parking. Private small garden with table and chairs. Very clean and the host Manuel was very responsive and friendly. Nice to be able to walk into the centre of town and there were tram stops very near.

First of all Carole is a very welcoming host, smiling, it felt great from the moment we arrived. Discovery of the accommodation, bathed in light, spacious, impeccable cleanliness, all the necessary equipment to make yourself at home, because that's really what you feel when you enter this place. The residence is very quiet, totally secure, with the possibility of a private parking space. Nothing but positive assets!! View of the banks of the Loire, close to many shops, and bus connections at the foot of the building. This allows guests to discover the city without worrying about taking a car. REALLY a real pleasure to stay in this little cocoon!! Thank you Carole, we will come back without hesitation if we have the opportunity to stay in Nantes.

Great stay in Nantes at this place. Friendly and accommodating host for the arrival time, the place was clean and functional. The building is a bit noisy and poorly insulated, however.

The accommodation is well-equipped, easy to access. Public transport is relatively close, about 500 m. 2 bakeries nearby, 30 m for one and 100 m for the other. Instructions are clear. Importance of having a closed parking lot. I would this property.

We were hosted very well by Viviane and Pierre. Listing is as described. The equipment in appliances is of quality. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The building is very quiet. This listing's location allows you to discover and visit Nantes and its surroundings in very good conditions. The documentation provided by Viviane for both household appliances and outing ideas was very helpful to us. We really enjoyed the food products (brioche, milk, fruit juice) made available to us for breakfast.

Very pleasant stay that I plan to renew very quickly

This was the 2nd time we'd stayed in this apartment, and it was just as good as our last visit - it's spotlessly clean, and in a great location. Patricia is an excellent host : very helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
