Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. In the city center, small studio of 12 m2 on the ground floor in an old building, bright. Dynamic neighborhood, at the foot of the CHU (Aime Delrue tram stop) Sofa bed, Bultex mattress 140 × 190 not very thick but comfortable (9 cm thick). There is also a mezzanine with a single mattress. As the studio is small, we only host one guest during the stay. Non-negotiable!
