Vacation rentals with a home theater in Île de la Cité

Can't say enough about the location. Between Place des Vosges, the Marais, the river and Bastille you have access to so many neighborhoods and activities in easy walking distance. The apartment works beautifully because it has two full bathrooms and a bright living/kitchen space that overlooks a courtyard. However the two bedrooms with no windows are stuffy and we had to leave the doors open to sleep. The basement did not work for us. It's an incredible architectural space (down MANY steps), with high ceilings, a swanky bar, a sauna and a movie theater! What's not to like? Except, truly there is no need for any of these things: you'd rather get a drink at a bar out in Paris, you didn't come to Paris for a sauna and the movie theater wasn't working, which didn't seem to bother the staff. They did stop by and look at it but no update, no apology, in fact they said we should find things to do out in Paris. So just know that the beautiful (very very dark) basement is not really a bonus.

Could not thank Gregory more for his wonderful hospitality! Right from the booking thru to our checkout he was making sure everything was ok for us. A great host, and a lovely, roomy apartment with the most amazing location giving us that beautiful view. The icing on the top of our stay in Paris! Thank you Gregory!

Très bon séjour chez Arielle, appartement très bien situé, fonctionnel, simple d'accès et proche des transports en commun. A la fois proche de tout et loin des nuisances. Parfait pour un séjour à Paris où vous ne souhaitez pas manger au restaurant à tous les repas ! Arielle est très réactive, claire et accueillante.

Serene and cosy apartment with a gorgeous view of the surrounding neighbourhood. It’s situated right in the middle of the city, with quick and easy access either on foot or via public transport around greater Paris. Emilien was a great host who was responsive and accommodating whenever we had questions! Would love to stay again upon our next visit.

Fantastic Airbnb in every category. Air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable. Peaceful and quiet at night. Dorian was always responsive and made sure we were taken care of 10 out 10

We had a great stay! Like others have said, the balcony and view are even better in person! But more than that, the place is homey, secure/safe, quiet (the street is generally calm and being on the 9th floor creates nice separation), and perfectly located (there’s a grocery downstairs and endless good food/coffee/wine nearby). We didn’t use the kitchen but the apartment was lovely for us to spend time in as well as being the ideal home base for city exploration by foot or metro.

Wonderful place to stay, felt safe and at home! Highly recommend to anyone that comes to Paris! Fun and spacious with a lot of wonderful amenities as well. Thank you Antonio for always being so kind and responsive, it was a pleasure to get to meet you before we left!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Paris. Safe and close to everything. Enjoy the terrace, overlooking the hustle and bustle of city life, or rest in the back bedroom where it’s silent. Classic French architecture, complemented by well furnished accents. Relax in the comfortable tub with a glass of French wine and a good book after an exciting day out. Highly recommended for a couple or a solo visitor. Will return.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

Man kan bli avskräckt av priset, men bli inte det. Jämfört med ett lyxhotell så är det här mycket bättre. Exceptionellt på alla vis! Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta för en romantiskt och avslappnande vistelse.

Das beste AirBnb aller Zeiten! Schöner als auf den Bildern, toller Service (da U.S. er Auto so groß war, wurde uns auf der Straße ein Parkplatz freigehalten), top modern, auf Nachrichten wurde sofort reagiert und unterstützt, es war sogar Grillkohle für den Grill bereitgestellt! 5 min zur Metro M11, 3 min zum Böcker oder Auchan Supermarkt. Wenn mal wieder Paris zu acht, dann nur in dieses Haus. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt

Nous avons passé un super séjour avec nos garçons! Ils en ont pris plein les yeux (nous aussi d’ailleurs !) et se sont amusés sans interruption de l’arrivée au départ ! Hôte très accueillant et réactif. Merci pour ce super séjour et sûrement à bientôt !

Rien ne manque dans ce charmant pavillon. Spacieux, aménagé avec goût, il peut accueillir une famille. Situé dans un quartier calme, plutôt proche de la gare (5 mn en voiture ou 1/4h en bus), on trouve facilement une place de parking à proximité. Merci à Pierre, propriétaire attentif et réactif à nos sollicitations. On recommande cette location.

Celeste was an amazing host and went above and beyond in welcoming us to Paris. we benefited from a flexible check in and her many recs. Her place is tastefully decorated and well located -- not too close to the tourist throngs but easily accessible to all the major spots in Montmartre. All in all, would definitely recommend!

Absolutely perfect location, private but also in the middle of everything. The louvre, gardens, and so many cafes are within walking distance. The metro is also very close. We look forward to visiting again.

We loved our stay at Gregory’s apartment! His communication was second to none! That view! It is to die for! We loved our time looking at the Eiffel Tower during the day and as it lit up at night. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked-even with spices, if you are like us and want to do basic cooking. There is a Franprix grocery store right around the corner. *Bonus* The espresso maker. We have a nice one at home. But in my husband’s words, “this one is epic”. Thank you for your hospitality Grégory!

Incredible location and extremely responsive and helpful host. I left some artwork behind and Emma not only checked the Airbnb for it, but offered to find a replacement for me when it wasn’t there. Would absolutely recommend to anyone traveling to Paris in the future!

Très bon séjour dans l’appartement typiquement parisien de Michael. Situé au pied de Montmartre, à 2min du métro et d’un Monoprix, il est très bien équipé et la literie est bonne. Merci pour la bouteille de vin et toutes les petites attentions ! On recommande !

The accomodation is very beautiful. Isobel is a person with a great taste! also the location is perfect for chilling. As mentioned the rooms are generally without the doors but closed with curtains and well modernized. would visit here again
