It is located opposite Paris's main police station, making the neighborhood very safe. There are 3 air conditioning units distributed between each bedroom and the living room. You will have access, FREE OF CHARGE, upon request, for 2 people and at will, to a magnificent historic Art Deco SWIMMING POOL/FITNESS CENTER, which is very refreshing and located 4 minutes from the apartment.

Yes, this is exactly the view from your window. For your honeymoon or just for the pleasure of a breakfast facing Notre Dame in your Parisian home, a triplex with a Rooftop. Look over the Seine at the skyline, the sun is fading behind Notre Dame and the sky turns 50 shades of red,. The cherry on the top, so to speak, is our garden, overlooking the city, but after 5 floors without a lift, sorry for that, with an incredible view also the Saint Severin Church, the Pantheon and... the Eiffel Tower

Seven windows, of which two face the Town Hall with the Seine in between, make the place bright. It was built in the 18th century over a 13th century vaulted anchorage on the edge of the former Port Saint-Landry which was the first harbor of the city.
