You will have access, FREE OF CHARGE, upon request, for 2 people and at will, to a magnificent historic Art Deco SWIMMING POOL/FITNESS CENTER, which is very refreshing and located 4 minutes from the apartment.

Look over the Seine at the skyline, the sun is fading behind Notre Dame and the sky turns 50 shades of red,. The cherry on the top, so to speak, is our garden, overlooking the city, but after 5 floors without a lift, sorry for that, with an incredible view also the Saint Severin Church, the Pantheon and... the Eiffel Tower
