Apartment vacation rentals in Île de la Cité

This home was absolutely phenomenal and I would love to return. We have a young child and it was amazing to enjoy drinks on the terrace (or living area with the french doors open) and experience the night life while she slept. It felt like it was the center of so many excellent experiences - shopping, dining, landmarks, etc. It felt like an absolute treat. The home was very spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and we even cooked a couple meals at home. There was a full sized fridge and separate washer/dryer units. For knowledge, we felt the primary bedroom was the front bedroom with a separated bathroom and the secondary bedroom was the back bedroom with the ensuite bathroom, but it was all very comfortable and we had no complaints. A fun surprise/luxury was being able to control every light the bedrooms from either side of the bed. Can't say enough good things about this home.

The apartment was perfect! The location was beautiful and in walking distance to everything. So many great restaurants and cafes near by and great shopping! It felt busy but not crowded or touristy. The apartment was clean and had everything you need. Pascal and Virginia were so nice and accommodating to our arrival and departure times. I couldn’t recommend this place more. We will for sure book here again the next time we come back to Paris.

If you're looking for an authentic Parisian apartment experience that is elegant and comfortable - this is the place. City balcony on the front and the windows in the back open onto a park setting (ruins of a medieval gladiator area!) with trees and birds singing.

My partner and I have been to Paris many times before but this trip was our best yet!Thomas’ place was just PERFECT! The apartment its self is beautifully put together. We loved the individual style and the gorgeous big windows in the living area. The apartment is right in the heart of Le Marais - coffee shops, boulangeries, restaurants, bars and shops are literally on your doorstep. It was such a convenient location - we couldn’t have asked for anything better! Of course if you want to venture further a field the metros are just a short walk away! Thomas was kind enough to let us check in early and check out late - which truly made such a difference to our stay as we weren’t having to lug our cases around with us! Thank you Thomas!! ☺️ I would HIGHLY recommend Thomas’ place if you’re looking for a real taste of the Paris you see in the movies! We’ll be back soon!

Jeanne met us at the door and was very helpful in showing us the aprtment, arrival instructions from the airportand with local recommendations. The location is close to all attractions and there is plenty to do in the area. The apartment was nice and as described. Highly reccomend!

Grégoire's apartment is amazing. Fantastic location and an amazing eclectic space. He went over and above to make our stay in Paris a wonderful experience - absolutely faultless. Our only regret was having to leave; I just wanted to stay and live there! Highly recommended - you won't regret a moment of your stay there (until it's time to leave). Merci mille fois Grégoire, c'était fantastique, tu es un hôte incroyable !!!

We stayed with our three young children and friend. There was ample space and the upstairs bedroom even had an adorable play area with toys. The beds were comfortable and the natural light was stunning. Greg also helped me find a company to deliver a pack n play to the apartment for the baby! We loved the building, the ease and the neighborhood! We will be back!!!

Wonderful apartment in prime location near the Louvre and Tuileries Garden. Very tastefully decorated. Super responsive and friendly hosts. Bonuses: great water pressure. Comfortable and easy to use sofa bed (I got sick so my husband ended up sleeping in the living room). Dimmable lights (hold down the light switch for a while to get this to kick in). A small lift/elevator when luggage is an issue. A yoga mat : ) A bit of noise from neighbors as noted by others and maybe from public transport (heard from the master bedroom at times), but nothing to keep us awake. Great feeling in the neighborhood. Many Parisians and habitués, not just tourists--which was a pleasant surprise. We loved having access to a beautiful apartment with the amenities of a hotel (daily cleaning if desired, high quality bath products, etc). Everything we wanted in a resting place in Paris. Highly recommend!

Fabulous apartment and super responsive hosts. Loved the vibrant location in the heart of Paris near Metro and lots of great restaurants. Apartment is bright,airy and super comfortable for my husband and I . We very much appreciated all the attention to our requests for help navigating Paris. A winner all around!

We loved our stay at Louis’ apartment. The apartment itself is very well kept and everything is clean and beautiful. Lots of unique and interesting touches. The lift was extremely helpful with our luggage and it worked very well. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Louis was an ideal host. He was extremely accommodating and provided us with prompt assistance whenever we needed it. The area around the apartment in the sixth is charming and anything you need is very close by. Wonderful cafés and restaurants and there is a supermarket just one block away. Almost everything is within walking distance, and Uber does come right to the apartment if necessary. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Louis’ apartment again.

This apartment is a bit quirky with a bit of a steep stairs up to the bedroom and a low ceiling in part of the bathroom but the apartment is such a cozy, comfortable place to be. The location is amazing - if you’ve never stayed at Île St Louis, you must stay here! Dante met us at the apartment, walked us through all of the features and took the time to tell us where the best places to- including restaurants- were on the island. Next time we’re in Paris, we will definitely stay here again!!

We lived our stay in the apartment. Great location to the metro line 4 which connects all around Paris. Bed was firm but not too firm, pillows were great for euro style. Close to everything you need! The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Starbucks is across the street if you are not geared up for 1/2 oz pure diesel fuel like most places. Supermarket across the street and close by liquor available. There’s a busy pizza shop next to the apartment, but it is not too loud at all. If I had one recommendation, I would say that there common area lights should stay lit for longer. They are on motion sensors and go off very quickly so you can find yourself in the dark on a very tricky set of steps, so be careful with that. I would certainly stay here again, and most likely would after learning how to navigate the city from this location. The bottle of champagne and chocolate and ice cream was a very nice touch. First class all the way.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Gilles flat. I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs around Europe and North America…this is one of the best I’ve stayed in. It is so clean, comfortable and well equipped. We felt right at home! The location is perfect and close to Metro Line 1. There are many great restaurants, cafes, and shops close by. Including grocery stores to get basic things. There is an elevator too! The building is quiet, as is the street. Gillies and his son are very helpful and responsive. We can’t wait to come back! Beautiful private apartment in the heart of the city! Extra luxury touches like a Sonos in the bedroom, heated bathroom floors, and electric blinds were awesome. Would stay here again.

The location of this cozy place is phenomenal: 2 blocks from the train and walkable to lots of attractions and restaurants! This apartment is very clean and well organized. Pascal and Virginia were friendly and responsive. We would happily stay here again!

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There are plenty of shops and you feel safe walking home. Sophie's place is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The cherry on top was the jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and linens are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well-equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We will definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

The location of Mawei's apartment was perfect, right in the heart of the city! It was super convenient to get around and explore. The apartment was easy to self check-in and very clean. It was in a very quiet neighborhood while being only 20 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Great bakeries and restaurants were within a couple minutes walk. We'd definitely stay here again!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.
