Monthly Rentals in Île-de-France

My son, Julio, had a good time during his 1-and-a-half-month stay at Philippe and Lucie's house, despite the cultural differences, and was very well received. The stay at their house was a big part of learning French.

The house is large and beautiful, I was able to use the common kitchen and all the utensils and spend enough time there. Christine was very helpful, she even helped me get my suitcase at the bus stop and bring it back when I left. The location is ideal for traveling to Paris, where you can arrive in less than an hour, and for walking in the woods, which are numerous in the area - one of them is a short walk from the house. In addition, shops such as Carrefour, Lidl, Decathlon and many others are also close by. All animals are well trained and friendly. Generally, I don't like dogs too much, but I learned to love their three companions very much. The only negative point for me is the colder environment, which I am not used to from where I live. However, I can get used to it, I just recommend bringing a good sweater. I recommend the accommodation for shorter or longer stays. Thank you!

Melissa was always very kind and responsive, always quick to answer any questions. Everyone in the house was friendly, making it a welcoming environment. The house is close to the tramway that takes you to the metro, but you can also walk (18 min) to the metro. There are bus stops, a supermarket, and everything I needed. The room and the house are exactly as shown in the pictures, clean, cozy and very comfortable.
