Jolie petite maison ancienne entièrement rénovée située dans le bourg d'Argenton, à 3 minutes à pied du port et 7 minutes à pied de la plage. Jardin entièrement clos orienté plein sud, dans une impasse avec peu de passage. L'entrée dans la maison se fait par une petite véranda qui donne sur une grande pièce ouverte et lumineuse avec salon et cuisine toute équipée. A l'étage se trouvent deux chambres, une salle d'eau et des WC séparés. Idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes.

Our house is close to the beach and the port of Portsall. From the terrace the views are exceptional. You can walk to the beach, bakery, have a drink on the harbor. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen-dining room, a living room, a bathroom with shower, a garden where it is pleasant to have lunch. After a fabulous month at Erwin’s place, I wish I could give it six stars ! It’s clean, quiet, comfortable, and everything is as it was represented. The cooking wear in the kitchen was quite extensive, and you can make just about anything you want. The home is walkable to the beach, and if the wind the right directions you can hear the waves. Bonus: The WiFi is fast, it was great for our working vacation. I could go on, but read the other reviews. This place is delightful. Highly recommend.

Beautiful view of the bay. The cooktop is fun. The hot tub, too, can be used at any time. The beach is accessible at any time and nice, but always requires the 10-minute walk down the hill and back up. The location is not necessarily within walking distance of the city. The daily baker was accessible by car. It is very quiet. The usual big supermarkets are all available.

Perfect stay in this lovely house and the very pleasant village of Locquirec. Just to note for families looking for a house with very easy access to the sea: the beach is really not far for an adult but on the other hand for a child it is still a small walk and especially a good hill to walk back. But that didn't bother us because we took the car to go to other prettier beaches anyway, especially the white sand beach, the Renouée
