La Petite Maison

Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

We are a few minutes by car from the village of Pedernec where there is a bar/restaurant& boulangerie. Begard is five minutes by car with an Intermarche supermarket. We are surrounded by farmland but close to the N12 and D767 so exploring Cotes d’Armour is easy. Within half an hour drive there are so many beautiful beaches, villages, towns and chateaux. Many restaurants serving locally produced food. Enjoy walking or cycling in the area. Path behind the gite goes to top of Menez Bre.

In the countryside 10 minutes from the sea, we will be delighted to host you in this farmhouse in a charming farm building, all in a wooded park crossed by a small stream. Located in an outbuilding adjoining the owners' house, you will have a private garden with terrace and barbecue. You will also find in this rural setting conducive to relaxation spaces that we can share: A vegetable greenhouse, an orchard with our sheep and chickens...

Le Petit Minou near the sea and coastal path

Gite located 500m from the coastal path GR34, 10 minutes walk from Le Minou beach (and 2 minutes by car) 13km from Brest. Quiet location. It consists of a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area with a sofa, a dining area, and a bedroom (with a 160-cm bed) opening onto a bathroom. Outside, there is a south-facing terrace and a small garden. Surfing and sailing activities nearby, and many tourist sites to visit.

Located opposite Pouldu beach, 5 minutes from Roscoff and its Thalasso and 5 minutes from Dossen beach, you will find all the comforts for a relaxing stay. The ground floor, completely renovated in 2023, will bring you a living room of 60 m2 bathed in sunlight facing south.

Kermaria is a tiny, warm, very quiet and well-equipped holiday home with a large tree-lined garden. Discover the bay of Morlaix and shine in Finistère from a house that we try to make as nice, practical and cozy as possible. Dourduff harbour is down the road, Térénez 10 minutes away, and the historic town of Morlaix also 10 minutes away by the magnificent river road. Plouézoc'h and its local shops are 400m away.

The La Pommeraie-Avalon gîte is nestled in a green and quiet setting close to the sea (one of the rooms has a sea view). The 70 m² independent house has 2 floors with on the ground floor, a spacious living room overlooking 2 outdoor terraces that are not overlooked. Off-season, the wood stove is very popular, when returning from seaside walks (very close). Parking is private and as close as possible to the house.

This pretty house is located in the heart of Plounéour-Trez, quiet and 800 m from the beach. It can accommodate 3 people. Two large bedrooms are available, a nice enclosed garden and Wi-Fi. Pets are allowed, but are not allowed on the floors and in the bedrooms, Thank you. Note: sheets and towels are provided.
