Our guest house is situated in the idyllic region of Ovacik village. Here you will find fresh and tasty artichokes in spring and sweet melons and delicious tomatoes in summer. Wine and olive oil have been produced for centuries in the area and you can enjoy long peaceful walks and fresh air even in the middle of summer. The agricultural area is dotted with characterful farmhouses nestled in between the fields. The public beach with its crystal clear water is within walking distance.

Our house is located in a very quiet and peaceful location in the middle of Alaçatı bazaar and Ilıca beach, 20 minutes on foot from Alaçatı center, 15 minutes on foot from Ilıca beach, on the 2nd street of the Çamlık road. You can walk to restaurants and markets from our street, which has no parking problems. Our house, which is located on a corner, overlooks the park from a street. You can enjoy your holiday while drinking your coffee on our patio by the pool with the chirping of birds.

It's suitable for winter. There is no heating problem. It is a cool and pleasant house in the summer where you can have a barbecue. It is within walking distance to the grocery stores. The distance to the sea is 700 meters. It is 8-9 minutes on foot and 3 minutes by car. There is also a playground for children by the sea. You can take your sun loungers and enjoy yourself under the trees :)) It is 10-12 minutes by car to Alaçatı. You can also reach Ilıca Beach in 10 minutes by car.
