The amenities of the house are quite sufficient, it met all our needs. The view from the balcony is amazing. The owners helped us a lot with everything. Everyone is friendly and very friendly, including the employees. The dining options at the restaurant were limited but clean and delicious. In short, we had a calm, peaceful and pleasant weekend just as we were looking for. Thanks for everything 🩵

We sincerely encourage Mr. Vahap and his wife, Ms. Ayfer, for their service to us and our dog, it is a place worth seeing with the garden of the place, we definitely recommend it! We recommend it so much that the municipality staff should take a vacation here, do it and learn how to arrange the garden environment, this should be the right to give the job, it has a status that has peaked on our list so far! Balıklıova is definitely a location worth seeing, the nature of the air and the sea will fascinate you, the only problem is the infrastructure, as it is in our geographically Aegean cities, unfortunately the municipality is a fiasco!!!

Everything was exactly as described and even better. Mr. George was great without getting tedious. Many small details made our stay even better like the daily cleanliness of the space and the constant supply of coffee and so on. She even left us fruit in the room every now and then. I highly recommend it since there is an attempt to feel comfortable and enjoyable that is now rare.

The house was very clean, comfortable, and as it appeared in the photos. We would also like to thank Mr. Resat for his friendliness, warmth and kindness. We also received a very quick response to our needs. We went to the girl and we were 4 people and stayed very comfortably. I can recommend it with peace of mind.

First, we easily reached the house from the Izmir airport thanks to the GPS directions Said provided. Very warm welcome from Said and his wife in person. They showed us every detail of the very well equipped house and left a detailed book for the use of all appliances. We really enjoyed the place, its location, the backyard terrace, the clothes dryer and the ceiling fans. A car is recommanded to enjoy the different beaches as well as the beautiful surroundings of Çesme and Alaçati. Said was always available for us. It was a real pleasure to stay in his house. We would like to thank Mr. Ozan and his very sweet wife for this wonderful stay. First of all, the house was very clean. It was the cleanest house I rented from Airbnb. I think the customer is valued when the house is clean. We were very comfortable in the house, everything was considered. We stayed at Ms. Fulya's house for 3 nights with my friends. Although the location is spectacular, we were blown away by the spirit of the house. It was decorated with a very beautiful and original simplicity. Ms. Fulya was very helpful. He returned to each of our questions very quickly. Foça is a very pleasant place in general. The people are friendly, the prices are affordable and the food is delicious. The house was extremely clean, we can say it's one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had. We spent a pleasant weekend in this beautiful house where we stayed with our friends. Ms. Özlem is very thoughtful, she never lacked interest from the beginning to the end of the process. The house is thoughtfully decorated, with everything you need. Don't think about it for a delightful stay. the location of the house is 5 minutes by walking to the beach. There is a migros and local market right on the lower street. We received the house immaculately. The beds were comfortable. There was everything you could need in the kitchen. It was thoughtful that there were spices, oil, napkins, paper towels, drinking water. The house is quite pleasant, the upper balcony is very nice, the upper balcony is blowing. The patio is very pleasant. It is on a calm, quiet street. We worked remotely for 4 people for 1 week and we did not have any internet problems. I would definitely prefer it when I come back. I would also like to thank Ms. İlknur for asking if we need it from time to time.

We had a very pleasant week in the comfort of home with our 3 children. The house is extremely comfortable, the pool is clean and sufficient. It is far from the crowds of the center, but also close enough to go in a few minutes by car. It is a peaceful place. We recommend it especially for families with children. This place is absolutely stunning! The view is breathtaking, the apartment is perfectly clean. The bed is very comfortable and the linen is clean and fresh. She told me how to figure it out on the island and recommended many interesting places to visit. Her warmth and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Modern and clean apartment with a great view. There’s a Carrefour very close by for groceries, and we frequently walked to the marina. I recommend walking up the nearby hill for panoramic views of the area.
