Our villa is a duplex and consists of a living room, an American kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (+ WC) on the upper floor and 1 toilet on the lower floor. It is suitable for families and groups of multiple people due to the equipment and furnishings the house has. There are two balconies, upper and lower, and a large backyard. There is no parking problem. The closest beach is 10 minutes, the Ildir-Çeşme minibus stop is 1 minute, and two supermarkets are about 3-5 minutes on foot. 10 minutes to Ilıca-Alaçatı, 12 minutes to Ildir by car.
