Great place to stay at for Palm Springs! Place looks exactly like the pictures and very clean. Had an organized easy check in process! Close to downtown and has a pool to enjoy!

The place was just as in the photos, with a fun mid-century vibe to the entire property. The place itself felt more spacious due to the entire north wall of the property being glass sliders. However, the place never got too hot because the sun was not at an angle to glare into the apartment, so best of both worlds! kitchen was well stocked and our host even dropped off more supplies the day after we arrived. The neighborhood was great - a nice walk to several restaurants and bars (tiki bar at Caliente Tropical and restaurant, and 5$ taco Tuesday and Thursday at the Saguaro were great). The neighborhood behind the property has some great homes to go peek at if you are into mid-century modern. The hot tub at night was amazing and the pool was heated which was lovely. Overall the stay was so relaxing and rejuvenating. Highly recommended!

Very clean and quiet place -- we would definitely stay here again. The beds are very comfortable and supportive -- a rarity in the world of Airbnb.

Perfect cozy spot in Palm Springs. Great area with a lot to do nearby. Jenny & Ania, as well as the property management and staff, were all friendly and nice leading up to and during our stay. Would recommend.

the place was easy to find and easy to access. having a gated, covered, and designated parking space was incredible. walking to everything along the main strip in palm springs was perfect, so easy, and inviting. amazing location. Great spacious condo. the 2 pools and hot tub were all clean and so nice to have access to. all and all a beautiful place to rent and will definitely choose it again if it's available when I visit palm springs. Thanks again.

We came April 2025 for a relaxing weekend of reading, sunshine, and eating. We didn’t realize it was Coachella until I had already paid for plane tickets. 🤦‍♀️ We arrived to a place even better than described. The grounds were great, pools and tennis court were fantastic and the condo itself was just like home. It had the most amazingly comfortable king sized bed and the bedding was like a cloud. The condo has everything needed and more! Even a juicer! It was the location that couldn’t be beat. Directly across from the casino and then an easy and short walk to the fun downtown. We loved every second and will definitely be back. Thank you for your hospitality and opening your home to me, my husband and our two friends.

Our family (2 kids under 6, 4 adults) really enjoyed our stay at Michael’s property! It’s pristine and so well done— the decor, furniture, amenities, layout, etc all are very thoughtfully and well done. Felt like we were staying in a designer home. Although the square footage isn’t huge, we never felt crowded and the indoor/outdoor flow is great. The pool/backyard area is a great setup and we enjoyed grilling and outdoor dining + plenty of pool time. Kitchen is stocked with everything for home cooking too.

The house was perfect. The kitchen had all the right amenities and supplies, the backyard is beautiful and private. Kai is a great host- very friendly, super responsive and provided great local recommendations to us to try.

I was here for the tennis at Indian Wells. Great location for that. The house was comfortable and really homely. Had everything that you would need. Didn’t use the pool or spa as weather was a bit cool. Bed very comfortable and shower was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Sam's house was perfect! There was ample space, everything was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the pool area was spacious and lots of fun, and the bathrooms were immaculate - it was perfect for my husband, my brother and sister in law, their 2 kids and our dogs. Everyone had a blast! I would highly recommend staying here. Sam's instructions were also very clear and if we ever needed anything he was quick to respond. He was extremely accommodating of our early arrival too. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Sam! We hope to be back soon.

Sebastien's place was wonderful! It was clean, spacious, and comfortable! the outdoor space with the pool and hot tub were also so lovely. It was also a quiet and peaceful area, but conveniently located in Palm Springs. We hope to return soon!

This house was a perfect spot for a family spring break trip. We spent hours in the pool enjoying the sunshine and views. The beds were very comfortable and the house was just a short drive from downtown Palm Springs. There is a grocery store nearby for nights in and a fantastic, shaded playground less than 2 blocks away for young kids. High recommended!

Great stay! We highly recommend this house. The pool and outdoor area were perfect for our group. Close to downtown and quiet. We enjoyed the record player and the bbq. Back neighbor had barking Pomeranians almost all day on Sunday, which got annoying while trying to relax but otherwise great.

My wife and I both agreed that this condo was the most comfortable, clean and relaxing Airbnb we have stayed in. The location was great and having the pool (which was always empty) just footsteps from the condo made our morning swims very enjoyable. Ryan had all the ammenities you might want and then some. We particularly enjoyed the large bedroom. The king bed was very comfortable and we liked the morning sunrise. The location is away from the heavy tourist area as to avoid alot of the traffic both human and vehicle. It will be the our first choice when visiting Palm Springs.

This is the best AirBNB we have ever stayed at - not because of the location (it's ideal in that it is only two blocks from the main strip in Palm Springs), not because of the amenities (two pools, not one), but because the owner, Jason, was so attentive, the furnishings are not cheap and tired like other AirBNB's can be, and they offer all kinds of cooking supplies and toiletries. A small but appreciated touch!

Staying at the Frida Kahlo was a lovely 5 star experience. It is a welcoming and beautifully appointed home, with whimsical touches and nods to artist Frida Kahlo which added charm and appeal to our stay. Lindsay has thought of absolutely everything a guest might need for an enjoyable stay, starting with a closet filled with racquets, pool noodle and even an insulated picnic bag. All the lotions, potions, soaps and sprays are labeled. The kitchen has everything one needs and more. There is lots of storage in the elegant bedroom and oh so many hangars! The balcony is spacious and a great spot for morning coffee and mountain views. The living room and dining area were comfortable with nice seating, and the view is gorgeous. Working with Lindsay was so very nice. She was so accessible, accommodating and responsive. She's really thought of everything. It was a very special trip for us and we are grateful to have stayed there. We would love to come back and stay at the Frida Kahlo again.

I have stayed at the Ocotillo Lodge several times while out in Palm Springs and always enjoy my stay. Ethan’s place is no exception. Clean, easy to access, seamless check in and out, and very kind and responsive host. If you like historic mid century modern architecture, you’ll enjoy your stay. Perfect for one or two visitors. Pool was heated and amazing. Hot tub was very enjoyable under the stars I’ve hardly even seen anyone using either one. It faces the street, so if you’re sensitive to street noise, you can sleep with ear plugs. For me, this wasn’t a problem.

This place is PERFECT! This was our first time in Palm Springs so we were unsure of the area and didn't know what to expect. It was easy to walk to the Convention Center (as this trip was more work related). Many restaurants are nearby as well as nightlife and we felt safe walking around. The spa heats up quickly, living area is spacious and the kitchen has everything you need! The little touches with extra towels, bath robes, blankets, laundry capabilities, extra cleaning supplies and coffe/tea available made it feel even more welcoming. The views are stunning and David was extremely kind and always prompt with responses. There was even flexibility due to late flights - greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for an enjoyable and stress free stay!

Great hosts, clean and comfortable space, centrally located.

Casa Rosario was an awesome place to spend our fourth anniversary. Everything was as described in the description given. We were happily surprised by the dual balconies, front and rear. We will absolutely book Casa Rosario again if she will have us!

Tim is extremely responsive and provides clear instructions on the location of his place and entry instructions. Tim would always respond within 5 to 10 minutes (if not sooner) with answers to any questions we had during our stay. His place is extremely functional, clean and in a great location. We would highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay ! … there for Modernism week…wonderful pool and hot tub…well stocked kitchen.
