Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Idyllwild-Pine Cove

Great location and nice to be able to have our small dogs with us. The only improvements I would suggest are that the pet fee be more obvious in the description and not buried in the additional details where it is easy to miss. Also, letting the customer know sooner in the booking process and not 45 min before check-in, just in case there needed to be a change. Otherwise, it is a gem of a spot, so better pictures on Air BnB would probably help sell it as there were only about 7 pics and they didn't fully show how cute the hotel actually was. My husband and I stayed here and loved our experience! We were able to book tennis court reservations without any difficulty getting court time. The resort will even set up match play for you in the mornings! Although most folks at the resort are older, it was a peaceful and enjoyable getaway for my husband and I, and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We were a quick walk to good food, coffee, and shops, and the best restaurant in town (Spencer’s) is right on site! The unit was even better than the photos, and although the resort itself is a bit weathered, it still had great character and feel. Would definitely stay again!

Aaron's condo in Plaza Villas is fantastic! Everything was just as described and photographed. The unit is GORGEOUSLY renovated, comfrotable, and has clearly had a lot of thought put into every detail. The kitchen is one of the best equipped kitchens we've ever had at an Airbnb. The thoughtful additions like a snack drawer and a few drinks in the refrigerator were nice extras. Both bedrooms feature very comfortable beds, with plenty of great pillows. The bathrooms were well stocked with amenities and nice towels. Having stayed in other units at Plaza Villas, we're very familiar with the complex and the floor plans, and noticed the level of renovation done on this unit. The entire time I kept thinking "A lot of this is what I'd do if we bought a unit in this complex." So, it really felt like "home" to us, even though we were only there a week. In addition to the high quality of the unit itself, Aaron's communications before, during, and after the stay were top notch. I'd gladly return!

Steven , our host, was a pleasure to deal with. He was very accommodating and thoroughly organized when it came to the paperwork for our rental. Self check in was simple. Deauville is centrally located to anything you want to do in Palm Springs. The pool area is like an oasis and the real gem of this complex. Our unit was clean and comfortable. It got the morning sun for coffee on the deck and was cooler in the evening for a relaxing libation. We thoroughly enjoyed our time . Thank you Steven.

great location and great place I would only suggested that if you are planning on cooking bring another pan or two as there is only one ! other than that it was a great stay and staff was very helpful and friendly !

We had a great time staying here for Coachella. Lisa was very accommodating to any changes we needed to make.

We had a wonderful stay and Vic and Kyle’s place. We were there for a month and had 3 different groups of friends visit us while there. The condo is perfectly laid out for 2 couples to share with 2 bedrooms, each with a king size bed and private en-suite washrooms and walk-in closets. We used the pickleball courts and pool/hot tub area everyday. The complex is well kept and all the other residents were friendly and welcoming.

This is the perfect place for two to stay if you’re ever in the Palm Springs area. It’s located in a great area and was not hard to find. Hosts were accommodating, responsive, and gave great food recommendations. They even checked in on us during our stay to make sure we had what we needed which was so kind. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

Oh my what an amazing view to wake up to every morning. Having coffee outside on the deck was so relaxing. We didn’t get in the pool, but it certainly looks lovely Would definitely come back again

Perfect place for two people in a great location; close to everything. Brad gave us great instructions and came right over after our arrival and welcomed us and send us a list of great restaurants in Palm Springs. The bungalow is bright with a nice view of the mountains, well cared for, a nice yard and the kitchen has everything you need. There is a big pool and hot tub on the property and it is very quiet. We had a very enjoyable and comfortable week here and were able visit a lot of attractions around the area, including Indian Canyon, Joshua Tree Nat. Park, Tahquitz Canyon, Thursday night Village Fest , etc.

The airbnb is in a cute MCM condo development. It looks just like the pictures and was clean and well-maintained.

Spacious, well appointed, and furnished with really nice and useful resources. We found ourselves staying in more than we usually do on a vacation, just because this is such a welcoming and comfortable place!

This place is an absolute dream! My group of 7 friends had a fantastic 4-night stay that felt like a luxurious resort. The pool, spa, outdoor shower, grills, and stunning mountain views created the perfect setting for our reunion. Everyone slept incredibly well—the mattresses were a huge hit! The hosts were amazing: super responsive, they offered an early check-in, and even brought us treats. While the kitchen's general tools (like knives) are fairly standard for an Airbnb, it's exceptionally well-appointed with beautiful decorative platters and serving dishes that made our meals at home feel extra special. With so many comfortable spots to relax, from the upper pool deck to the side yard, we truly enjoyed every moment. We were already talking about maybe staying again!

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, close to downtown Palm springs. The kitchen is well equipped, and the pool and hot tub were wonderful.

From initial inquiry to check out the whole process was so easy and so thorough. The property was perfect, inside and out, and the communication and responses from the property management was excellent. Will certainly add this house to my list of favorites and will comeback when I next have a chance for another perfect mini vacay!

Elissa’s home is dialed in. Sometimes the Airbnb’s don’t look like the photos when you get there in person but this one home is better in person. The decor and attention to detail have a modern and upgraded feel to the Palm Springs vibes. Throughout the stay I would discover cool features about the property like the showers, cookware, laundry space, and appliances. It’s a very clean home and the hosts were very friendly and prompt with answering questions. It was a wonderful experience.

This was a super comfortable house. The pool is a good size for 4-5 people at a time. The pool was fantastic because it got afternoon shade so, at peak heat, you can be in the pool without roasting. The kitchen was well equipped so it was easy to cook at the house. Everything was very clean when we arrived. We would definitely stay again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Palm Springs! The house was stunning — beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was the gorgeous garden, complete with a sparkling pool and even a putting area, which made relaxing outdoors a real treat. Absolutely beautiful home with high end appliances and furnishings. The pool and spa were beautiful and totally private. We loved the art throughout the home. the only slight downside to the home was the constant road noise from the road on the other side of the privacy wall. The combination of road noise and frequent planes flying overhead made an otherwise serene backyard a bit noisy. Due to noise restrictions you cannot play music to drown out the cars and planes. I ended up buying waterproof headphones delivered next day. Overall I highly recommend this home when staying in Palm Springs!
