The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.

The apartment is located in Ičići, 800 meters from the beach. It is fully equipped and consists of a living room with kitchen and dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shower, toilet) and another separate toilet. The apartment is ideal for 6 people, 2 more people can sleep on the sofa bed. Bedrooms have balconies, living room has a large terrace with a table, seating area and a view of the sea. In the garden, guests have access to a gas grill, a hot tub, a table tennis table, darts, etc.

The apartment is located in a quiet oasis with free public parking in the old town in the center of Rijeka, right behind the Governor's Palace, 100 meters from the Maritime and History Museum of the Croatian Littoral, on the ground floor of a historic building, renovated with love. Studio Apartments are located in the very center of Opatija at the address Maršala Tita 128, near the Slatina beach, the Opatija Lungomare promenade and numerous other historical sights of Opatija. They are located in the basement of a historic building from the 19th century, which was completely restored and equipped in 2021. It contains 4 apartments decorated in neutral tones with modern furniture.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

It is the oasis if you like to relax and enjoy spectacular view of the sea and nearby islands and Mediterranean garden. Our house is pet friendly but we charge additional fee for pets.

This charming studio apartment is located 1,7 km (15 minutes walk) from the main beach and the center of Icici. It is located in my family villa, with a beautiful green garden all around it. Equipped with all that's necessary for a pleasant vacation.

This is a beautiful apartment located just 30m from the sea, and 10 min from the Pula city center and all the local tourist attractions. The apartment is situated on the third floor, it has a rooftop terrace with a wonderful view on the sea.
