It is located in the center of Opatija and very close to the sea as well as all tourist attractions.There is a kitchen,toilet and a comfortable pull-out bed. Entrance door from the apartment is shared with the owner (we share the main hallway) but each apartment has a separate entrance.Considering that the window from the apartment is faicing to the staircase, there is not a lot of daylight, but the apartment has an exit to the yard which you can use.

Olive Garden

The house is situated in 10 000 m2 olive tree field, that is only for the guests. It is a 100 years old mediteranean bergerie completely renovated few years ago. As it is situated at the top of the stone terraces, it offers a breathtaking view over the Kvarner bay, islands Cres and Krk. The house is not far from the sea, but as it is very uphill, it is easier to go with the car.

Villa Martin is a family house near Opatija (5 km) and Lovran (3 km). It's about 10 minutes walk to the beach. This lovely studio is conceived for relaxation for two. It's located on 2 floor and has a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and covered balcony with sea view. White glazed linens and towels are included. It has wifi, satellite TV and air condition.
