Nice, small 1-bedroom apartment with short distance to grocery store and about 15min to walk into the city center. Has everything you need and Christian was always friendly and welcoming when we had any questions. Recommended!

Lovely to get to the made bed and nice surprise on the kitchen counter in the form of bubbles, cheese and fruit. The place was delicate, super clean and had good soft beds. Bright and cozy. We would love to come back!

I communicated that the water in the shower was not hot enough, and immediately the host came and soon realized that the mixer was not working and replaced it within an hour with a new mixer. 😊

This is a lovey ground floor apartment which is the owner's home (they moved out during the stay) so there's a lovely homely feeling. There was plenty of space for the three of us and for dinner guests. There is a well-equipped kitchen together with a comfortable lounge, separate dining area and two bedrooms.

Arne’s place is a gem in a beautiful location. It is well equipped with great coffee and amenities. It is located right next to the free ferry connecting Gressvik with Fredrikstad new city and the Old Fortress Town. We also went for a wonderful hike up to Sprinklet. Arne is a wonderful host. Very friendly and helpful. This place is highly recommended.

A really nice place to stay that's perfect for larger groups. Child-friendly and with plenty of space for everyone. The house was clean and organized. We are very happy with the landlords. They are nice and easy to communicate with. They responded quickly when reached out to them. Can really recommend this place! 😊

We had a great time at Jeanettes cozy House next to the water. The house has everything you need and Jeanette is always helping and communicative. We enjoyed the nice view, the option of using the kayaks and had wonderful strolls trough nature. Thank you for having us :)

We were very happy with our stay. Very nice house with quite close to Sweden. 10 min away from Norby shopping center, 20 min away from Strømstad and 2 hours away from Gothenburg, Quiet and quiet, and child friendly area. Super landlord who was super nice and was very quick to respond. Incredibly delightful experience. Highly recommended.

Nice one bedroom house in Fredrikstad which had everything we needed for a one night stay.

We had a fantastic four night stay at the house, with ten persons in our group (three couples and four individuals). Eivind gave us clear instructions about travelling from Oslo S central train station to local station Rygge (a taxi ride or 20 minutes walk from the property). Eivind lives a few minutes away, and met us at the property on this occasion. Eivind and colleagues at Gjesterom (Norwegian for "Guest room") responded immediately to any questions we asked them online - such as information about the air conditioning, checking out arrangements etc. They also offered information about the locality, shops, restaurants etc. The closest 'shop' is the 7-11 at the petrol station just beyond Rygge train station (about 1.1 km / 0.7 miles). Otherwise it's best to get a taxi to Moss to use the supermarkets if you haven't a taxi. We had the very best of stays, thank you, and would definitely stay again. We were completely satisfied. Beautiful accommodation and surroundings around the house and for trips. Furnished house as per photos. The homeowner was great at communicating and there was no problem. It took about 15 minutes to walk to the center. Highway ramp a few streets away. A short walk to the sea, Oslo and the lower mountains.

Rent Nice Lovely surroundings I would like to rent that again

The apartment is centrally located yet quiet. The stop for the (free) city ferry is 150 m away. The underground parking space is also very helpful, as otherwise parking is subject to a fee throughout the city. We often sat on the cozy terrace. Ann Jeanette and Wim were always available and helped with advice and assistance, they were great hosts! We can only recommend the apartment!

Very nice place. Depending on driving or public transport to the city center or the beach, if you are not very fond of walking. Close to shops. Great communication with host.
