The bright and modern studio apartment is 70 square meters with kitchen, sleeping loft with room for two and a separate screened canopy bed section on the ground floor. You have your own part of the property's garden where there is a seating area and barbecue. Gårdstunet Villa Solbakke is beautifully located on the south side of Asmaløy, Hvaler, just a stone's throw from the water's edge and Skagerak with Ytre Hvaler National Park as the closest neighbor. Here you will find peace.

Short distance to Hvaler's archipelago and beautiful swimming areas. 10 min. walk to Utgårdskilen, where Fjordkroken sells seafood and ice cream. Right outside the pier you can walk to beautiful Sandholmen. A short drive away are child-friendly, shallow beaches such as Guttormsvaven, as well as local outlets and shops. The guest house is located right next to the beautiful Hvaler guest garden, where you can buy flowers while watching the garden's chickens, roosters, and geese. On Hvaler, there are also many nice hiking areas to explore.

Private bedroom with room for 2(3) people, as well as sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. 150 meters from Skjærhalden city center. Here you will find several cozy shops and eateries. Within a few minutes' walk you will find a direct bus to Fredrikstad and Oslo. Local regular boat with possibility for island hopping (free!), ferry to Strømstad, several beaches and great hiking trails. Possibility to rent dinghy/boat by appointment

We rent out our annex to quiet people who want to visit Skjærhalden, with its charm and beautiful natural surroundings. With proximity to the sea and Skjærhalden's facilities, you can enjoy Hvaler in all its splendor and charm. The proximity to the Skjærhalden town square means that you can stroll down to the hustle and bustle now that the seaside season is starting again for Easter. The annex is located on a residential plot, with its own patio and barbecue/outdoor furniture. Suitable for quiet people; no smoking or parties.

Bryggerhuset at Spjærøy, Hvaler

Cozy little holiday home on Spjærøy on Hvaler. The brewery house is part of an old small farm and the hosts live in the main house. Here, you can enjoy quiet and peaceful days in the garden, or go for a walk to the lake. Both Spjærekilen with good bathing opportunities and Kjellvika is within walking distance. Generally good hiking opportunities. Whether you want to enjoy the quiet days or want to explore Hvaler, this is a nice base. Shops about 5 km away. We have 7 happy hens that partly roam freely.

The guest house consists of a mini kitchen, dining area for 4 people. Loft with 3 mattresses and sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Possibility to borrow laundry room located in the guest house with own entrance. Private patio outside the annex. Good sun conditions.

Guest house with five beds. One double bed in one bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom and one extra bed in the living room. One bed can also be used for sleeping at the dining area. Simple cooking facilities, washing machine, bathroom. Walking distance to beach (Storesand, Vadholmen, Ørekroken). 500 meters to the shop in Skjærhalden. Bus to Oslo stops right in front of the premises.

Idyllic cottage with annex, private jetty and berth. Located 100 meters from the sea. The cabin is bright and pleasant and is located on Siljeholmen on Hvaler. In the immediate vicinity of the cabin are great hiking opportunities, swimming area, shop, pharmacy and restaurant. The cabin/annex has both electricity and water.
