The home was exactly how it was described and pictured in the listing. The host provided clear instructions for everything in advance, which was a huge bonus. The heated garage fit our very large truck, which made the stay more comfortable. It was a quiet and peaceful location outside of the hustle and bustle of the ski resort, which is exactly what we wanted. The home was clean and had all basic necessities. The driveway would have been tricky without a 4-wheel drive vehicle, but the host had warned us of this in advance and there was A LOT of snow when we visited. One of the bedrooms was chillier than the rest, but had a heater, although the heater was a little tricky to work and was on a timer. The furnace was a bit loud in some of the rooms, so that might bother some guests, but we were fine. It could use a little updating as far as furniture, but while on vacation, we are typically only at the home when sleeping, so it worked for us. We would stay again!!

We love Salida and this location was absolutely perfect - right along the Monarch path and easy access to downtown shopping and restaurants. Also close to parks/playgrounds for my young kids who were traveling with us. The house is quaint, but has everything you need. Lots of beautiful sunlight and a great spot for a quick spring break getaway. Host was responsive and very helpful. We'll be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming house in Leadville! From the moment we walked in, it was clear how much care and attention had gone into making this place special. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of cozy touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—just minutes from downtown but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. We especially loved waking up to the mountain views and sipping coffee on the porch in the crisp morning air. Every amenity we could’ve needed was thoughtfully provided, from a well-stocked kitchen to comfy beds and extra blankets. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in a breeze and offering great local tips. Whether you’re visiting for skiing, hiking, or just a quiet getaway, this place is an absolute treasure. We can't wait to go back!

Cottage in Buena Vista

Lovely Cottage Near Downtown

This house was perfect for the two of us. Private yet very close to town. The floor plan is a bit quirky- we slept in the king size bedroom, but used the larger bathroom which is intended for the other two bedrooms (the bathroom closest to our bedroom was tiny). The house has some vintage features which add to its charm. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with spices, oil, vinegar, cookware, dishes, utensils, etc. There is a washer, which we used. A nice clothes line is in the backyard. The backyard and front porch are delightful for outdoor relaxation. We would definitely stay here again. Gigi was a super host.

Had a lovely time. Loved the game collection but really appreciated the CD collection.. As a 90's kid, it was really nostalgic and pretty rad! Haven't listened to some of those albums in literal years!! Played Green Day all the way home..Would book again.

Like New Leadville Mountain House/Cabin

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for our family of 5. All three of our kids had their own bed, which was really nice. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need and the place was spotlessly clean. The house is very cozy and the gas fireplace in the living room is so easy to use and wonderful after being outside in the cold all day skiing. Richard was very proactive and helpful in his communications and it was so easy getting into the house. This location worked out great for our week in Leadville skiing at Ski Cooper. Highly recommend.

We had a fabulous stay at Kristn’s apartment. It was the perfect space to attend the USASA Nationals. Kristn was super in communication and Billy (the property manager) was quick to attend to any needs (we requested a lock for the ski locker and a baking sheet). We would definitely return.

Wow such a gorgeous getaway with some amazing views of the prettiest mountain peaks in Colorado! The house had everything you could need being away from home! Super relaxing and the most amazing pillows! Really enjoyed this place even being on a long work trip there was still time for some peacefulness at this amazing house! Amber was able to book us super short notice and get us in right away! Thank you!

Beautiful home up in the mountains about 15 minutes from Breckenridge. No cell service and ok wifi. If you have a house full of people and connected devices the internet is very slow so plan accordingly. It is a very peaceful location but make sure you have a 4x4 or AWD vehicle in the snowy months. It’s a pretty good uphill climb to get to the house. Lots to do indoors for kids. Games, books, blocks, cars are available plus a TV in almost every room. Great Mountain View’s!!

Jenifer’s place in Alma was absolutely breathtaking!!! The views of the mountains in the mornings with your coffee is unbeatable. It was exactly as described and the house was beautiful! Otto’s food cart is about 1 mile away and has the best chicken sandwiches if you’re looking for a local gem. Breckenridge is about 25 minutes away with endless amounts of restaurants to dive into. I couldn’t recommend Jen’s place enough!

Easily one of the best, if not the best, AirBNB we have stayed in. Absolutely stunning views, and an amazing area to be in, the pictures do not do it justice. The home was well stocked, and had everything we needed and then some. Very quiet and cozy. We will come back again for sure.

This is a truly wonderful condo. Literally a 2-minute walk down path to the Quicksilver SuperChair lift, and a 2-minute walk to Main Street. The condo is in perfect condition. The shared Rec Center (about 50 yards away) with heated pool and 4 hot tubs was also nice. Thank you for a great stay for my family!

The home has stunning views and is very close to Breckenridge's main street. The house is well prepared to host families with babies and toddlers. The kitchen has everything you need. There are tons of board games you can play with family. Beds and linens are perfect and we definitely want to come back and relax. The only bad experience we had was with the resort's jacuzzi (it's 10 yards away from the home). We don't recommend using cause it's very dirty The in-home experience is amazing.

What an awesome stay at Oso Grande! Our group loved the home, with a super homey living room, gathering space, and nice kitchen. The home is located on a large property, with a surrounding forested area. The hosts were very clear with check in and checkout instructions, and everything went smoothly. This cabin was just absolutely beautiful and we were lucky enough to rent on a spring weekend with a surprise snow storm! The place was clean, spacious and has breathtaking views! The little welcome basket was a very nice touch. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for all the good meals we had planned. Fairplay is super close and Breck was close enough that we went for lunch. Russ checked in to make sure everything was OK and we had what we needed. Check out instructions were very reasonable!

Great place, our group definitely liked the place a lot and was great for 8 of us. We do think the Hottub needs to be updated or a bigger one is needed. Only a 3 person Hottub really and we looked forward to it the most on the trip so we were a bit disappointed when only 3 of us can fit in it vs the whole group. Besides that the place was amazing!
