This place is amazing. Outstanding views, very clean, everything was amazing. The host is the friendliest and most responsive host I’ve ever had, he is extremely helpful. This Airbnb was one of the better airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. With the views, and Ecopark, and the restaurants, I give this a 10/10 and would 100% rent it out again. I stayed for a month and it was super nice coming back from the bustling markets in old town to the peaceful Ecopark. If you have children there is a park across the street that stretches all the way down the lake. There are plenty of restaurants around that are extremely delicious and easy to order. The price, the host, and the area, make this stay a must. This is your sign to BOOK IT NOW. They have a soundbar, great tv, and every amenity you need. I loved it. Smelled clean and it was clean. Purified water tap, and convenience store downstairs. Elevator is spacious. Security downstairs at night and I felt safe. Stay here.

Vincent's place is an absolute dream. I stayed here with my wife and toddler for an entire month and every single item such as detergent, wipes, garbage bags, that we would need was perfectly stocked. There were more than enough towels as well as linen. Every corner of the apartment smelled amazing and was thoroughly cleaned which we really appreciated. The apartment, however, is better than the pictures to be honest. We loved the chic Scandinavian theme decor throughout the place and would definitely stay here again. We loved the place. We felt good in it from the first day and spent a month in it. The apartment looks exactly like the photos. The apartment has everything you need. You might want to mention the bed - the mattress is really comfortable and the bedding is extremely nice. In addition, there are plenty of shops, services, cafes, etc. in the area. Ocean Park is also a great place to walk. The host is communicative and helped us with anything we addressed. One thing to keep in mind is the noise. The building is on the side of a busy street and at an intersection, so drivers use their horn all the time, which also happens at night. And because the windows have single pane windows, you can hear it. That's why I recommend using plugs. Still, I find this a great place to stay in Hanoi : )

Deciding to book an apartment in Vinhomes Ocean Park 1 instead of Vin 2, 3 area is right so peaceful and full of everything. The apartment is lovely, the lake view is very chill, it is worth spending the weekend with relatives and friends. Super supportive host. An apartment to choose for your trip.
