Phuc is an excellent landlord with great communication skills in English. He's very responsive - when our TV broke down, he replaced it with a new one within a week. He also promptly installed a water filter upon our request. The apartment itself is in fantastic condition and has been recently renovated. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with relatively little road traffic compared to the rest of Hanoi, and clean sidewalks. There are many cafes and a shopping mall nearby. There’s also an affordable direct VinBus service to the airport. My wife and I highly recommend staying at Phuc's place.

The interior is very clean,neat and tidy. Dedicated thoughtful instructions. The procedure to get the unit is convenient,helpful. The balcony view is very nice, especially in the evening. Everything was more wonderful than expected for the cost.

I am lucky to book your apartment for the ATVNCG concert. The biggest plus is that Mr. Tien is extremely enthusiastic, responds to messages quickly and also supports me to rent a motorbike urgently despite the notification quite close to the hour, I am very grateful to him! The check-in instructions are very clear with the photo. The apartment is clean, fully furnished, very comfortable stay. There are also many facilities under the building such as supermarkets, eateries so it is very convenient. If I have a chance to come back, I will definitely book here. Thank you, Mr. Tien!

The place is better than it looks in the photos. The landlord keeps her house clean and tidy. I found everything I need here, even more as she furnished her home like a hotel with full amenity and utilities! I even had a dish washer and candles! The location is convenient and in a quiet area with the long lake and park in front where I can run everyday. It's a new place and the services are being filled in but I have lots of choices for food, cafe, supermarkets, convenient stores... Gym is free and easy to access. Landlord is very easy to access and helpful. It's a very nice stay. Thank you

The biggest thing is the beds. The form mattresses are 3 inches thick and not suitable for Westerners. Overall apt is nice for Hanoi. Host was very responsive.

Stunning views from all the rooms in the apartment, located on the 31st floor. Lots of restaurants and beautiful places to see around. Super quiet and well designed, felt right at home. Duong was extremely helpful and friendly. She took care of everything i needed in a matter of minutes. would definitely come back.
