An absolutely amazing stay! The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail really made a difference, from the cozy bedding to the thoughtful little touches that made us feel right at home. Set in a peaceful area of Hanoi, this was a really nice relaxing stay. The apartment is really tastefully designed with big windows and high ceilings. communication with the host was prompt and easy. The bed is comfortable, a bit on the hard side but I personally like that. Nice touches throughout such as purifiedwater and netflix projector. Definate value for money x

This place is truly a gem! I don’t even know where to start — there are so many amazing things to say. The apartment is stunning, with a beautifully designed kitchen and living room filled with natural light. It’s equipped with all the appliances you need for cooking, and it looks exactly like the photos. One of my favorite parts was watching the sunset right from the flat and the balcony. The building is part of a luxurious five-building complex, complete with saunas, swimming pools, gyms, restaurants, and more. It’s located right in front of the beautiful Swanlake Park, offering a peaceful, green environment. There are plenty of outdoor playgrounds for children, and even small indoor playgrounds in each building. Our host, Phuong, was absolutely wonderful — very proactive, friendly, and quick to respond to any messages. She helped me out on multiple occasions and shared lots of useful tips about the area and Vietnam overall. I would happily stay at her place again!

This place is amazing. Outstanding views, very clean, everything was amazing. The host is the friendliest and most responsive host I’ve ever had, he is extremely helpful. This Airbnb was one of the better airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. With the views, and Ecopark, and the restaurants, I give this a 10/10 and would 100% rent it out again. I stayed for a month and it was super nice coming back from the bustling markets in old town to the peaceful Ecopark. If you have children there is a park across the street that stretches all the way down the lake. There are plenty of restaurants around that are extremely delicious and easy to order. The price, the host, and the area, make this stay a must. This is your sign to BOOK IT NOW. They have a soundbar, great tv, and every amenity you need. I loved it. Smelled clean and it was clean. Purified water tap, and convenience store downstairs. Elevator is spacious. Security downstairs at night and I felt safe. Stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sue's Home! The check-in was really easy, the apartment felt very nice, and the view was beautiful. Our kids really liked the window seat and the stuffed animals. The aircon worked well, too, which was great during our really hot week. Easy walk to Swan Lake Park and lots of shops. Thanks for the relaxing stay! We had a great time. :-)

It's a clean and well-maintained place, and the host is always kind and gives detailed guidance, so I keep using it.

The interior is very clean,neat and tidy. Dedicated thoughtful instructions. The procedure to get the unit is convenient,helpful. The balcony view is very nice, especially in the evening. Everything was more wonderful than expected for the cost.

With best quality of kitchenware, 2 big bedrooms, various lighting, washing machine with dryer, it is great deal.
