The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was approachable and friendly. The location is near to Kodi beach and also to Kundapura city.

A winding path is flanked by palm trees, softly illuminated by lights along the sides. The trail leads to an entrance, surrounded by greenery, creating a serene atmosphere during dusk. The darkening sky adds depth to the tranquil setting.

An amazing place to stay in Beejadi . Huge open grounds, with a lot of place to walk around. The beach is close by and lot of other things to do in the Villa.. Sohan is an amazing host and had everything ready even before I could ask for it..A very proactive person.

This place is one of the best in area. It is close to lot of activities as well as religious places. It was clean, and we enjoyed our stay here. Although we checked in late, the caretaker Santosh was present to receive us and help us with all the things and information we needed. He is gentle, sweet and thoughtful about the guests' needs and provided support accordingly. The interactions we had with him were genuine and honest. The local people were nice too, even towards us strangers. They gave out way for our vehicles without even asking or hinting for it. The amenities were well thought out to accommodate guests including families and kids. I would recommend this place to everyone who wants to visit this area.
