Villa vacation rentals in Huerta de Murcia

Benko responded very quick via rbnb and whatts app. Early check in was possible without further paymant. A car was included by renting his house. We only had to pay for the pick up service to/from the airport. The deposit you have to pay was restored at my bankaccount in one day. So nice house, clean swimming pool and big playing area around the house. Tip: some extra towels for the swimming pool. Conclusion: great house and Benko: great service, trustfull and very reliable.

Quite relaxing lovely pool perfect location very comfortable

We had an amazing holiday in San Javier thanks to the fantastic villa and the support and comms offered by the team at Resort Hosts. From the point of booking through to departure, the team were extremely responsive and assisted with several queries. However, it is the app that the Resort Hosts provide which took the experience to another level! Nearly everything we needed to know and lots more we hadn't thought of was within and helped with our expectations before we even left home! All in all, an amazing experience and holiday!

The house is located in a very quiet environment, with easy access from the highway. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy. The house is very well maintained, very clean, extremely comfortable and I would even say that it is better than what you see in the photos. We had a great weekend, totally recommended.

Isabel has been a fantastic hostess, she has been at any moment to keep us comfortable and to make sure we were always welcome. La Manga Club has a privileged setting in which to make excursions and visits to the surrounding areas absolutely wonderful. The neighbourhood is very quiet and picturesque and Isabel's house is very charming and nicely decorated to make our stay perfect.

We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful property. Ray and Nance are great hosts, meeting us at the property on arrival and showing us round. The property has everything you could possibly need and the beds are super comfortable too! We hope to return next year for 2 weeks this time!

Great villa with lovely walks in the hills from the door. The beach and coves nearby are great and the whole area is lovely and quiet. The pool area has great views all day, and the BBQ area is great for evening dining.

What an amazing week we had in Alicante. Joana’s villa was absolutely fantastic! It comfortably accommodated our group of 12, with plenty of space for everyone. The pool was a huge hit, providing respite from the Mediterranean sun and a place to relax. The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and easy access to local amenities. 5 minute walk from Aldi and a €9 taxi to the town. We highly recommend this villa for a memorable group getaway! The attention to detail in the home was admired too. Facilitating a bbq area and a games room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. What also set this villa apart was the host Joana. She was responsive, kind and easy to communicate to. We will definitely be returning! Thanks Joana

Place absolutely worth the stay. Specially if you have kids , as swimming pool size on villa is great , jacuzzi is massive with impressive views over sea and beach, and it takes you 20sec to get to the beach without running. Sharing pool is a massive bonus as it an impressive size and very warm. There is also baby pool which was a big help as I have 2yol and could have hands free while she was enjoying it. Host was great in all ways: meeting us, communicating and answering any questions we had. If I will have option to go to Alicante again, I will definitely choose Romualdo’s place again and again. Carly’s home is absolutely stunning, a real home from home. Furniture all brand new, spotlessly clean! The space is open and welcoming, effortlessly beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to enjoy and relax! The most important feedback is how responsive, kind and understanding Carly has been. Couldn’t have asked for more from a host, thank you Carly!

Nice house. The key-box didn’t work at our arrival but John and Helen fixed our problem by contacting a neighbor who came with another key. We had to leave the place due to a too far distance of locations that we were looking to visit (north of Alicante).

We had an amazing stay at the villa, our second visit to El Valle but first time in Paul and Melissas villa. Everything was as described and we really felt at home which was great having two young children. We were able to find everything we needed and everything was catered for when it came to amenities both in the property and surrounding area. The villa was clean and inviting and the bedrooms were lovely. The air con worked great and all appliances worked as they should. This was genuinely a home from home. The pool was beautiful and clean, and was the perfect temperature for this time of year. El Valle is perfect and we will definitely be returning next year, and if Paul and Melissas villa is available we wouldn't hesitate to ask to stay again. We had an amazing holiday!

We had a fantastic time. The villa was absolutely perfect. Our hosts thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. The appliances were all top of the range and the place was absolutely spotless. There is absolutely nothing that we could fault. This was a gem of a find and we will certainly be back.

This was honestly the best villa I've ever been to! It was private, incredibly beautiful and so clean . The outside area is like stepping into the love island villa. The pool was huge and gorgeous. There were all different places to sit outside. Whether you're eating, socialising or even a little hut to drink in and a bbq area! jacuzzi with jets!! The pictures don't don't do it justice! I couldn't have asked for anything more from this experience. The host was the best host I've had through air bnb. Nothing was too much trouble and response times were very quick. One of the girls even left their passport in the villa and the host actually drove it to us with no questions asked!! We didn't actually want to leave the villa to explore/ go to beach clubs because nothing compared to the area we already had. If I could give the villa and host more than 5 stars I would! I've been to plenty of beautiful villas but this tops all of them hands down. It's kid friendly also not just for adults!!

An incredible home, modern but with personality, nestled in a very special place. It's definitely worth it. In addition, the heated pool is a luxury. The area we did not know it and we loved it, especially the beaches closest to the house. Highly recommended.

Such an amazing place! It's a beautiful spacious house, perfect for a family or group of friends. The many different amenities make you barely want to leave the house. It's close to alicante and the many pretty beaches in the area. And Demci was an amazing host, made sure we were happy and gave many great recommendations!

The villa was a great space for us - the pool and hot tub were superb and it was well worth paying for the pool to be heated. The kitchen was very well equipped with so many glasses/plates etc. There were plenty of beach towels for use by the pool and lots of loungers/cushions available. Katleen was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to messages.

Lovely stay. Beautiful villa with outstanding views in a quiet and peaceful location. Would recommend hiring a car to get around. Hosts were very responsive and friendly.
