We loved our stay! The property has an atmosphere of beauty, peace and serenity that allows you to unwind and relax. The house is gorgeous with everything you need to have a pleasant stay, full of details! No need to leave the house if you want to connect with your partner, spend quality family time or just find yourself. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and walking the ground of the property. I will definitely book again as Kerri was an amazing host.

This stay was a dream! Gorgeous lake views from every room, a cozy and beautifully decorated home, and the most welcoming host you could ask for. Danny was super responsive, kind, and made us feel completely at ease from start to finish. Our girl’s reunion weekend was exactly what we hoped for — peaceful, beautiful, and so memorable. Highly, highly recommend this special place!

Paula and her place are absolute gems. Communicating with her felt like talking to a friend whose place I was going to be staying at, and it felt like that when we arrived as well. I loved the art and thoughtful touches in each room, and our large group felt cozy yet everyone had their own privacy. The space is actually much larger and more beautiful than the photos even convey! The private trails were stunning and magical— I walked barefoot on the carpet-like moss covered forest paths leading to a Stonehenge-esque clearing with giant boulders. The deck and outdoor space is lovely and has stunning views. So peaceful and quiet with some surprise owl and hawk sightings.

We had a wonderful winter weekend stay here with our toddler. The hosts left out toys that were perfect for our kiddo and kept her entertained all weekend. The space is comfortable and kitchen well-equipped. We would definitely come back again, winter or summer!

Taryn’s place was perfect for our first getaway with our infant son! We loved exploring the area during the day and coming back to enjoy the hot tub and giant projector screen while the baby slept. The house is well decorated and comfortable and the area is beautiful and close to downtown Catskill and surrounding towns. We hope to come back to stay again!

This is a perfect house to spend a long weekend with friends centered on eating, drinking and relaxing. The property appears as in the photos and has many thoughtful and welcoming amenities. The highlights of the house were the steam shower, swim spa, gated yard, plush towels, soft and comfortable beds, heating pads, eye masks, robes and slippers, well appointed kitchen and bathrooms, with plentiful aromatherapy, coffee and tea products. As you can see from the photos, this may not be an ideal house for families with children due to some of the art and decor, but our kids did just fine. The house is within a short 5 min walk into town and the farmers market is just down the road. The town has delicious food and cute stores that feel like a mini Brooklyn. There are also beautiful parks and trails a short drive away. The only thing that we wish we had access to was a washer and dryer during our stay. The host responded promptly to our messages, and was kind and polite in his replies.

We have rented a number of places in highland falls and I would rank this one at the top. Super close to South Gate, a 2 minute walk and you are on West Point's campus. Place was decorated well with lots of nods to the academy. Nice family room with electric fireplaces. Everything was very well laid out and Heather was great. She genuinely wants to ensure that you enjoy your stay. I highly recommend.
