A M A Z I N G! The pictures don’t do the place justice, it’s truly a gem. It has so much character with its old construction, but it’s in such great condition and well taken care of. Super clean and you can feel the thought that went into each detail of decor, guest directives and even fun indoor activities. We brought our toddler son and the amount of times he said ‘cooool’, it made him so happy to be in the space :) also as an artistic family, we all left inspired! 10/10 would recommend! Deb was a phenomenal host, we thank her so much for the hospitality and welcome!

What a lovey place to stay! You can’t beat the location and the hosts went above and beyond making such a creative space. Make sure you read the description. There isn’t a tv and the windows make it bright in the morning but we loved it all the more for it. I wish we could have stayed longer and if we are coming back through we will definitely stay again! Host was great and super helpful. We walked down to Dots for breakfast in the morning and truly enjoyed our time in Wilmington.

Our stay at Majestic Studio was fantastic. We had a great time, we were able to explore around the property and enjoy the creek, as well as get some peaceful rest. It is a great place to get away from the city. The place is cozy, clean and well stacked with all the kitchen items we needed to prepare meals. I highly recommend the Majestic studio. Jen and Frank were great hosts, communicated often and made sure to provide us with all the instructions and information we needed. We are looking forward to our next visit. Thank you Jen and Frank.

Nicole and Dan were wonderful hosts! They are proactive and responsive, checking in to see if anything was needed. Regarding the place, it’s exactly as advertised and spotless. Another highlight of this place is its location. It is walkable to the downtown area where a lot of restaurants and stores are located. I highly recommend!

cozy like home, very clean

Sandy was great. The place was clean. I underestimated the size of the place for the length of time we stayed. We stayed a whole month and it was very small for my husband and I. It’s a good place to stay for a weekend or even a week. Otherwise the place was good. Private and clean

Wow just Wow HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This Airbnb is incredible. The drive up alone made me feel like I was no longer in NY lol. I gave Kayla a heads up that I was less than 10 mins away from the house and she responded right away and made the arrival so easy. The house is unbelievable! Its so beautiful in person, the pictures don't do it justice. We rented it for a night for my sons birthday and we had a pool gathering with family and used the BBQ for grilling. The pool is HUGE and goes pretty deep is you enjoy a good swim! Everything was ready for us to use and if we had any questions, Kayla was readily available to answer. The house was very comfy and accommodated us very well. In the evening, The pool table gave us lots of competitive energy and fun while the kiddos watched movies in the theater. I appreciated the air purifiers in the house, it let's me know that the space is constantly clean and free of dust and dander. Thank you so much Kayla and we hope to use this space in the future!

This lovingly decorated apartment on Long Beach was the perfect June vacation for my husband and I. The apartment was cozy, well organized (Jackie thought of everything we could possibly need!), and very peaceful. It is well-located, easily in walking distance of a variety of shops and restaurants - no car necessary, as the LIRR is just a short walk away. The beach was amazing to enjoy at all hours of the day, both in the sand and from the boardwalk. I loved my stay here, and would absolutely choose it again!

We needed a place to stay when returning home for a family gathering. Ron and Joy were excellent hosts. Their place was immaculate. Amazing backyard seating area. The apartment was immaculate. Lots of nice touches throughout. Highly recommend.

Aditya’s place is very clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with convenient parking, which is a nice bonus. Aditya is incredibly friendly and welcoming; her warm hospitality made us feel right at home from the start, and she is very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be recommending this place to our family and friends for their future visits. Thank you Aditya for a wonderful experience!

Harun was very nice, communicative, and responsive. The space was perfect for two people for a couple of days. Peaceful with a sweet patio on the side where we enjoyed our lunch. The off street parking was also helpful.

Wayne and Olga were incredibly responsive and welcoming hosts. Their home is absolutely beautiful. The place was bigger than it looked in the pictures and everything was spotless! They went above and beyond to make our stay special, leaving local restaurant recommendations since we were new to the area. I mentioned that my fiancé and I were celebrating his birthday, and they surprised us with Happy Birthday playing on the TV and a balloon waiting for us when we arrived. It was such a sweet and thoughtful touch! This was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. We felt right at home and would definitely love to visit again. I’ve stayed at many Airbnb. David’s place has the best stocked kitchen hands down. I loved all the coffee and tea options. There’s also a fridge full of wine. Checking out the snack basket was fun too. David also has a huge record album collection, a surround sound audio system and a huge TV in the living room and bedroom. All of which makes it fun to stay inside, explore and relax. The basement apartment is down the hill with 10-12 stone steps. David offered to help unload our car. If you have mobility issues, the steps could be a challenge. The bathroom door is warped and doesn’t close. If you require privacy, that might bother you. All in all, David’s place is rustic and cozy. David himself is a kind host. The area is green and beautiful. I didn’t get a chance to fish in the lake across the street though I read it’s quite nice. Burlington VT is a nice one hour road trip. Lots of hiking trails nearby if you prefer something closer.

I had a great time with my loved one I recommend this place to any couple visiting nyc ,it's very comfortable and relaxing, will definitely enjoy it with your significant other.

I was really impressed with how it felt like home and how I immediately felt comfortable. The fresh fruit was a HUGE comfort. Being able to relax in the tub after a long weekend of sight seeing was also a HUGE plus! I didn't mind the extra drive in and out of the city and the ride was so beautiful!

This was a first time for my partner to NY and we chose to stay out of manhattan. I loved that this place was super close to the L train subway station which made it great and so easy to get around. Merlberg was super helpful in recommendations and helpful advice. The neighbourhood felt safe and the house was lovely.

Beautiful basement apartment with high end kitchen, bathroom, linens etc. Comfortable, private and quiet which was just what we needed after a long day of driving. Good natural light from two large windows overlooking the large backyard with gorgeous perennial gardens. We were only there for one night so did not get to try the sauna. Highly recommend.

Super comfortable, clean and beautiful house. Gracious hosts and a perfect weekend getaway location. My friends and I really enjoyed the amenities including the heated pool, Barbeque, etc. We also spent a beautiful day out doing the Kaaterskills waterfall trek. Loved our stay, definitely worth it!

It was our second stay at Haley‘s Airbnb, but it won’t be our last. The House has everything we need, two bedrooms with excellent beds, a beautiful kitchen and an immaculate bathroom. But the best is the living room and dining room, overlook horses and donkeys. We found her place to be so tranquil and peaceful My wife rode a horse and we enjoyed being around all the animals A fabulous three day vacation. I must add that Hayley is a fabulous host. It’s easy to communicate with her and she is friendly, sweet and generous. We love seeing the horses donkeys and especially Haley we shall return.
