Tina's place was fantastic ! adorable canned ham trailer tucked in the peaceful woods with much property to explore just as described and a nice little getaway --will definitely be staying here again when in the area !

we have rented from rafael and Maritza multiple times and we enjoy our stay every time! we have 2 boys and they look forward to their "home sweet home" in the woods. there is so much to do! it never gets old. maritza and rafael go above and beyond to accommodate our family and make our stay as enjoyable as possible

This place was even better than the pictures. It was absolutely magical, and we want to come back soon! The kids had a great time staying in the skoolie camper, and the bed for us in the loft was the most comfortable Air BnB bed we have ever slept on. The fireplace made it so cozy and the views were phenomenal. The waterfall is so close you can see the cabin from it. Absolutely gorgeous. If we could rate it higher than 5 stars we would!

I had a great time. Needed to get away to read and relax and this was perfect. Everything was as expected and there is plenty to explore in the area. Great value as well and Jonathan was a superb host.

A very special family run place. Private although close to others, a perfect calm retreat. Lovely for walks, rest and fire pit at night. Great stay! I’ll return:)

My family and I had a lovely time at the farm. Both kids played a lot. The dogs enjoyed as well. We took advantage of the designated off leash area where the dogs could zoomie leash free. My 3 yr old toddler played for hours by the lake. We had a wonderful time. Joshua was very hospitable and attentive.

John was so friendly and quick to respond with any questions or updates we had throughout our stay. We felt right at home the minute we arrived and cannot speak highly enough of Bird Song Farm and the beautiful surroundings it had to offer. Thank you John!

Nichole was extremely responsive when I scheduled the RVBRB. She met us when we arrived to introduce herself and give us a tour of the RV and farm. She was so patient and answers all our questions. The rv had everything you could possible need to have a comfortable stay. There was complimentary coffee, tea, drinks, snacks and more. The bed was very comfortable and our pup loved the place. The horses are beautiful and we visited the rooster, chickens and bunnies 🐓 . Our grandkids visited the farm one morning and had a wonderful time. We will DEFINITELY be repeat customers. Close drive to hikes, restaurants, bike path. Clean space and felt spacious, warm shower. Enjoyed living simply...gazing at stars, coffee outside with beautiful woodsy surroundings!

We absolutely loved our couple of nights here! It was so cozy and peaceful and exceeded our expectations. The bed was more comfy that we thought it would be when we first sat on it—it’s firm but turned out to be wonderfully supportive and comfy, even for bigger bodies. Cheryl was great at sending us tips and check in info (and even let us know not to drive too fast since there was a speed trap nearby!). The outside lights make this place magical and our pup loved having time to play outside. Would absolutely stay here again.

We loved this adorable little Airstream. So unique and just what we needed. Everything you need to get the camp up and going was provided upon arrival grill, wood, charcoal, Dura Flame starters, and s’mores. The Pendleton blankets were a nice touch. And they are not kidding about the water pressure in the shower (it’s not like at home). Keep an open mind cause remember you are camping. Also, you need to pack out your own garbage and recycling, but there is a refuse facility a little down the road. Thank you for the memorable stay. Apparently, Emily has another property in Kerhonkson and from the looks of it we might stay there next.

Our stay was amazing. We completed our goal which was to disconnect from they city for a weekend and felt re-charged, re-energized and at peace during and after the trip. The setup is very practical. The deck was perfect for us to work on our own things throughout the day like journaling, cooking or just basking in the sun and napping. The outhouse, shower and BBQ area are all within 20-30 feet from the main deck and we just couldn't ask for a better layout. There's even a little trail down the main road that we explored that took us around the area and looped back to the house. Max was very responsive with any questions we had and he was very helpful in making us feel comfortable throughout the trip.

As always when I stay at one of Garrett’s properties, a clean and comfortable stay. A fantastic host, great communication, easy check in and everything you need is ready for you. He’s my go-to host when visiting the area.

Hosts were super friendly and accommodating. The campsite was very peaceful and was able to fish from the campsite. Local winery was also great and the owners were super nice. Will definitely be returning

This airbnb should be thought of as renting an entire small home. Nice space with privacy from neighbors.

Samantha was quick to respond when we had questions. Beautiful area with lots of room for our dog to run and play. The heater worked great inside the camper, which kept us toasty in the chilly fall weather. We would definitely stay here again.
