Todo genial, la casa está muy aseada, ordenada y cumple con lo mostrado en las fotos. Los propietarios son muy amables y atentos a cualquier sugerencia de sus huéspedes. Toda una experiencia, tanto en la estancia en la casa, como en el entorno que hay alrededor. Super recomendable y viaje para repetir.

We've had a great stay at the Jave. The house was very spacious, well equipped and private. The outside was beautiful and offered a lot of possibilities for swimming, sunbathing, cooking and eating. It matches the description and the pictures very well. The hosts were very forthcoming and the communication was easy and fast. We can only recommend the Jave!

Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables et avons très bien déconnecté, Cette belle villa correspondait vraiment à nos attentes. Quelques détails méritent l’attention du propriétaire (ampoules grillées, un peu plus de vaisselle…) mais rien qui n’ait entaché nos vacances. Seulement, compte tenu du prix payé, le moindre détail compte. Nous avons apprécié la réactivité de l’agence lorsque la cafetière nous a lâché, pour son remplacement. La piscine et la vue étaient top ! Par contre, les nombreuses marches pour accéder à la maison, ne vont pas nous manquer. Nous recommandons cette Villa qui est située dans un très bel environnement. Het huis is voorzien van alle gemakken. De keuken is voorzien van voldoende servies en kookgerei. Slaapkamers en badkamer zijn prima. Er zijn binnen en buiten verschillende plekken om te eten en te ontspannen. Voor ons als gezin met 2 jonge kinderen + opa & oma was de studio die erbij zat ideaal. Het zwembad was nog een beetje koud in deze tijd van het jaar.

We agree with the positive reviews posted by the other guests. Communication during booking was very good and check in with Jan went smoothly. The villa is large, comfortable and clean and beautifully located in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt mit der Familie über Silvester! Alles war wie beschrieben und das Haus, sowie Garten, Pool, Küche und Kamin haben den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke!

Un séjour parfait dans cette belle et grande villa, un espace de vie immense en bas propice à la convivialité entre amis, de nombreuses et grandes chambres avec une literie de qualité. Nous avons pleinement profité de la terrasse avec le soleil pour déjeuner, la cuisine extérieure est juste top, le second frigo a été un plus pour notre groupe de 16 personnes, il y a même une douche et des wc. Une cuisine très bien équipée et adaptée pour les groupes. Un environnement très calme, un mercadona à 2 min, la mer à 5 min en voiture, des commerces et restaurants à proximité comme le métro qui relie le centre de valence en 20 min. Et que dire de notre hôte Juan, nous avons eu un accueil 5 étoiles avec boissons et produits locaux, il a pris du temps pour nous conseiller sur les endroits à visiter, les restaurants, les activités. C’est le meilleur hôte jamais rencontré, une disponibilité, une gentillesse, réactif, il fait tout pour ses invités.Une belle personne. Gracias por todo Juan volveremos

The property is spacious and ideal for groups/families. We hired motorcycles and explored the nearby Sierra Calderon national park. The property is extra secure with off street parking for vehicles and is ideally situated for both Valencia and the surrounding countryside. Also a short walk from Betera. Rafael is an excellent host and went above and beyond tot ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay at Alejandro‘s home. The house is in mint condition, very well equipped, spotlessly clean, and the floorplan was perfect for seven golfers. Beds are very comfortable ! I would highly recommend this house and would stay here again !

A Slice of Paradise in Denia! We recently stayed at Joy Joy Joy Casa and were captivated by the stunning views and welcoming atmosphere. The villa is a masterpiece, featuring a spacious outdoor terrace and a sparkling pool—our favorite spot. Each thoughtfully designed room offered comfort and space. The attention to detail is incredible and the well-equipped kitchen made cooking with fresh local ingredients a delight. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Denia's charming streets, restaurants, and beautiful beaches. Our hosts, Michael and Joy, were incredibly attentive answering any questions we had and providing excellent recommendations that enriched our stay. In summary, if you’re looking for a luxurious getaway in Denia, this villa is a must-stay! It offers the perfect blend of relaxation, beauty, and warmth. The house was fantastic. Particularly if you have small children, the swimming pool is well fenced and there are lots of toys. We were there with a baby and a toddler and it was very relaxing because of all the child friendly amenities. We would definitely consider coming again if we’re in the Valencia / Alicante area.

This was a great villa, spacious, comfortable, secure and well located for trips of all kinds. The pool and outside areas were perfect. This was very important for us as we have four young children who like swimming and playing in the pool, so a safe space was essential. It was also well enclosed and not overlooked. The house felt safe to be in (also nice with children), it was clean and had everything we needed for making breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, and the reception rooms were excellent for board games, watching TV, or reading a book, without being on top of each other. I would highly recommend this villa for all types of visitors. As a group of friends, a large family like ours, or a couple of small families, it would be ideal. Angela was our host, and extremely helpful, informative and very reassuring to deal with, which helped more than she probably realizes. Big thank you!

Selvom det desværre regnede det meste af tiden, så skal det ikke tage noget væk fra huset, som var utrolig lækkert, og med en helt fantastisk udsigt. Wilfried var en helt perfekt vært.

La casa era tal y como se muestra en las fotos, todo muy limpio y ordenado, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días muy agradables, incluso Karen nos facilitó unos detalles que no estaban incluidos en el anuncio, lo cual agradecimos mucho. Camas cómodas, piscina espectacular, muy limpia y atendida, espacio exterior para barbacoa, comer y pasar ratos después de cenar. Muy buena comunicación con Karen, lo único que podemos decir es que es un alojamiento recomendable 100x100, y que sin duda repetiríamos.

This was our second year at Jan’s villa and once again had an amazing holiday and cannot fault anything about the villa at all. It now feels like a home from home and we can’t wait to be able to return

We had a great time at this villa, which had everything we needed other than Wi-Fi (was a very weak signal) plus no AC in one bedroom. However the villa was immaculate, very well equipped and luxurious. The pool was large for a private villa, with a great stock of pool inflatables etc to borrow. The kitchen had everything we needed fur cooking some meals, whilst Javea had some great restaurants too. The local agents were very helpful too, including letting us have a later check out. The villa was perfect for us: two families with teenagers. I wouldn’t recommend taking small children there as the pool is quite deep - the shallowest part was up to my chest. Plus there are a lot of steps and the downstairs half of the bedrooms are only accessible via the outside. You definitely need a car if staying here. We would return to i this gorgeous, well-appointed villa with tremendous views, without hesitation! Glorious holiday.

la maison est vraiment très jolie, très bien équipée et très propre. proche des commerces, des restaurants et de la plage de Javea. walter a été très réactif, très sympathique et très efficace. je recommande vivement

We had the most wonderful holiday at Villa Vedet. The pictures don’t do the Villa justice as it’s such an amazing house. The beautiful gardens with fruit trees that you can pick from, the huge incredible pool that we all loved. So much space inside the Villa for a big family and very comfortable with everything well thought out inside the house. Peaceful location as well with mountains in view and the beach only 5 minute drive away. Local supermarket/restaurants only 5 minutes drive away too. Tessa was a good host as always quick to respond to any questions that we had.
