Great cabin. Active owner - communicated well. Nothing to put off in the cabin.

Absolutely perfect week in this undisturbed magical place. If you want lovely nature outside the door at a slow pace, then this cabin is the perfect choice.

We just landed back in UK after a fantastic stay in beautiful post card picture log cabin,loads of space and very warm and homely. steep drive to cabin in icing weather but roads are cleared.foind it ok We drove to hovden and did skiing for 3 days around 1 Hr drive but broke on your doorstep but was only open on sat, Sunday, Thursday and we arrived Friday.

We had the most wonderful week with children, grandchildren and mother-in-law in this absolutely unique and for an architect's exciting house - an original Norwegian log cabin with super comfortable furniture, beds and well equipped with all kitchen equipment, firewood, games, TV and internet. The cabin was secluded a little by itself overlooking the beautiful Brokke mountain and over the cabin area, which we enjoyed from the porch around the fire pit, We could walk/stand skiing to the ski place, which also meets all our needs. We give the cabin, Bente and Tor-Olav our best recommendations and would like to come again - not least to also experience the place in the summer. Only downside was that we had to wear snow chains 500 meters before the cabin. We were not prepared for the driveway to be so steep. We later found that it is easier to drive a little further on the big road, and first drive into the cabin area from the driveway just across from Brokke-Alpincenter. In the cabin, there is gravel to spread out, but we only found out later. Thank you very much for the loan: -)

We had a great stay. Communication went very well. The cabin was very clean. We’re looking forward to another stay in this awesome cabin in Røldal.

We had a wonderful stay at Annika's mountain hut. It was a beautiful area and we had everything we needed on site. If we had any questions, Annika always responded promptly and had quick solutions for us. Everything was very straightforward. We highly recommend Annika as a host.

We have spent one week in the cabin of Aart to enjoy the tranquility and go skiing a bit. The cabin is high standard and the location is unashamed with amazing nature. Aart has described everything from directions to practical information in detail so nothing was left to chance. The cabin is very practical and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Beautiful house in a very quiet area on the shores of a lake. The house is big and comfortable. We have been to Winter and despite the snow we were able to access without problems. There were many of us but we had kitchenware for all of us. In missing we have missed microwaves (q the best in Norway is not used much) . With the host very well,a smooth conversation always and attentive to our needs at all times.

This is a pearl in a lovely setting! My daughter and I were here several years ago and it has been her favorite holiday, so we had to go back:) The cabin is cozy and warm, even though it was very cold outside. Berit is a great host. We'll be back!

Very cozy and well-functioning cabin with extremely good location for alpine slopes and cross-country skiing (200 meters). Øystein always responded quickly. I only have great recommendations.

Really nice cabin everything was as it should be! You just had to walk a little bit to get to the slopes, besides that, everything was just perfect☺️

Really nice cabin in a great location. We arrived at 27th Dec. to a warm and cozy Christmas decorated cabin. Jan and family had been there for Christmas. We were in the cabin 7 adults over the New Year. We especially enjoyed the lovely large kitchen-dining room and living room with plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is well-equipped and has plenty of room to cook. Cross-country skiing trail close to the house. Jan was a very helpful and attentive host. We will love to come back. Thanks for now. Tu

The house is situated on a beautiful plot of land adjacent to the lake, within a short walk of the nearest ski lift in winter and right next to fishing in summer. Theres plenty of parking and large space for entertainment. The host is friendly and swift to reply and address questions. Theres everything in the kitchen needed to cater for meals, the entertainment room is great for some inside chillax, and the jacuzzi was a highlight for both kids and adults.

Super nice cabin, with great views. Nicely decorated and really cozy. Easy access to slopes. Quick response to inquiries. Great friendly hosts. We'd love to come again.

Lovely cabin, with lots of personal details. Really hospitable owners, who accommodated us on very short notice and even offered us the use of a bigger cabin at no extra charge. Nice little river next to the property with a flat stone in it that's perfect just to sit on and enjoy the sounds of nature. Don't forget to bring the wine :-)
