Includes hallway, bathroom with tiles and heating cables on the floor, toilet, washbasin and shower. Washing machine. Sleeping alcove with room for 2 people in a bunk bed. 1 bedroom with double bed, which can be turned into sofa if you want extra TV room. Kitchen has what you would need and has a dining table with room for 6 people. Living room with wood stove, TV and exit terrace on the ground floor. Bed linen and towels must be brought.

We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the upstairs apartment on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita cabin in sunny farmhouse") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great view of Totak and the mountains. 5 min to drive to the city centre with shops and driven cross country trails. 10 min to the ski centers. Great WIFI. Great summer hiking opportunities. Charger for electric car 5 min away.

With its proximity to Hardangervidda national park, it is one of the most popular areas in southern Norway. Nearby peaks are more than 1,500 meters, there are many deep river valleys, and hundreds of small and large fishing lakes, small and large game, berries, mushrooms and various cultural traditions. All this mean that many people form strong and long-lasting ties to this mountain village.

We are located in the middle of the beautiful nature areas 'Vestheie' and 'Austheie'. You are living on a farm which has chickens and goats. The appartment is part of the shed, completely isolated and renovated. It has a sleepingroom, livingroom + open kitchen and bathroom. Ski slopes right outside the door, and excellent randonee opportunities. 12 minutes drive to Rauland Skisenter. Large activity room on the same floor, with table tennis table, rib walls, sofa hook, lego and lots of bolt space. Large hill on site. Private porch with seating area and direct access to the outdoor areas. Rented to quiet people, no partying.

We rent out our apartment with 5 beds in two bedrooms. Guests must bring their own bed linen and towel. The apartment is cozy decorated and perfectly suited for a family that wants to be close to nature. The apartment has a dishwasher, washing machine, wireless internet and smart TV with Netflix etc. Laundry detergent and equipment are available in the apartment for cleaning.
