Log cabin from 2003 with a large terrace with a fire pit, there is a road to the cabin with its own parking space. There is electricity in the cabin, water can be collected in the water post on the way to the cabin. The cabin is located in beautiful natural surroundings, great hiking terrain and ski trails nearby. The cabin has a living room and kitchen, two bedrooms (bunk bed in one room and double bed in the other) There is no private bathroom in the cabin, but a washing water barrel and a shower that can be used outside. There is an outhouse at the cabin that is in the same building as the cabin.

The house has 5 bedrooms and is suitable for families, groups of friends, and business travelers with up to 8 guests. The large garden with Maihaugbekken, two terraces, fireplace, art, and Persian rugs give the house a warm and unique atmosphere. The bookshelves contain a large collection of local history about Lillehammer and Gudbrandsdalen. Private parking for up to 3 cars.

The old summer barn of Hovelsrud Gård is idyllically located between Mjøsa and a rolling grain field – a simple and unique place for those who want to get close to nature and enjoy the tranquility of Helgøya. Outside there is a kitchen counter, with a gas burner and barbecue, a small beach with swimming opportunities and an outdoor toilet. There is no electricity.
