Monthly Rentals in Houseboat Cut

This is a lovely place to stay - we had everything we needed (even tissues!) and it was very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again. There are two public parks with beach access just across the main road - within walking distance - and we enjoyed the beautiful beach (which also had an outdoor shower and nice restrooms). The house is great for kids too, with beach supplies, a few toys, and a little playset in the pretty fenced yard. Lots of lovely outdoor spaces. Great home!

Sorry to leave , just what we wanted . Hardly used the car , walked on beach and along Rd .local shops easily walking distance. Used pool across lot everyday. Apt had everything needed , kitchen, beach equipment . Comfortable and relaxing , very homely.

This was the perfect stay for my husband and I to celebrate our babymoon! The location was welcoming, clean, and relaxing. It was the perfect place to relax but also was in a great vacinity to the beach, food, and activities. We would highly recommend anyone coming to Cocoa Beach to stay here!

We loved the condo! The location couldn't be better. The condo had everything we needed. Tara was very responsive and helpful when we needed anything. This is the second time we stayed here, and would love to do so again. Grocery store, good restaurants, the pier, a hotel are all within walking distance. We were able to watch several rocket launches from Cape Canaveral while we stood on the beach. The only disappointment was that there was work being done on the beach much of the time we were there, so access was a little more difficult. But that was out of the owner's control.
